Nice decor and lounge. Bistro is not what I imagined. Fresh start breakfast is not free and not that much of a variety. Room was clean and staff was friendly. We requested a roll out bed, one was not available. Pool was closed for maintaince. Business center had a computer and printer with a time limit, also had an airline ticket print station. Could use some refreshing in hallways. Had a beautiful bonfire pit on patio.

Indoor pool shut down indefinitely. Not even free coffee in the lobby. The bar is only a breakfast bar. (Take cash) A dusty bathroom that makes you question cleanliness. Pretty slacking for a Marriot. Not impressed.

Im still here, so Ill at least give it 3 stars. The bistro is not open evenings, but morning only and doesnt open until 6:30 a.m.. Theres a pet odor in the room, which is dark and humid. Ive got one more night here. Staff are all very friendly, and try to accommodate, so theres that.

I give this hotel three stars because there were no microwaves in the rooms and the fridge was literally miniature. Also upon arrival we were notified that the pool area was closed for maintenance and that was rather disappointing. Other than that front desk associates as well as housekeeping were great. Trevor did an exceptional job accommodating us!!!

Very nice location, rooms were clean and staff was very nice. They have a fire pit outside and a starbucks inside. What more could you ask for?

Positive: It was very open and inviting, I loved the courtyard with the fire and the room was cozy but comfortable. Negative: Didnt like the fact bar/restaurant service has not resumed. Restrictions are laxing and you need to attend to the needs of your guests; having to go to restaurant just for a beer is annoying. More robust housekeeping should resume for the same reasons.

Check the air conditioning vent before you stay. They need some serious cleaning. Manager made aware.

This Hotel is definitely 3 star adverage dont spend too much money as I did beds are old not so comfortable older bathrooms with shower not great basic size smaller TV with cable but the plus is the room was clean and customer service was Great!!

Great customer service, unfortunately I made a mistake with the reservation process and booked the wrong room. Julian at the front desk was very patient and helpful getting it all sorted out, also explained the benefits of becoming a Bonvoy member which was a quick and easy process. The room itself was great! Very spacious. comfortable bed, clean, etc. all just as expected. Will definitely be staying there again if Im in the area and recommending it.

There wasnt free breakfast as posted, there was no microwave included, we were not given a heads up about the indoor pool closing.

When I booked my room the website said inside pool and jacuzzi when we got there they said the pool was closed for matinence. So then I get to the room and there wasnt even a microwave. I mean dang Im staying for the weekend and I dont have anything to heat my food up with I just thought it was crazy but over all I had a good time the staff was great

Nice, quiet, clean and comfortable stay. The room was clean and very comfortable. The parking was a bit of an issue on this stay as there were about 6-7 tractor (of tractor trailers) in the parking lot taking up 2-3 spots each.Other than that the stay was good.

Customer service was really nice, but the shower curtain had mildew on it. It was really no microwave in the room or on the floor. The fridge wasnt even on.

This was a very nice hotel to stay at. It has an indoor pool and jacuzzi but due to covid, it was still closed. I absolutely loved the outdoor fire pit and the rooms were very clean. The only thing I was annoyed by was the fact that there was no microwave in the rooms and you have to come downstairs near the front desk to use that one microwave. Even if there was one on every floor I would have preferred that better than going down an elevator everytime I wanted to heat up food. Overall I enjoyed my stay

I hope they don’t try to bury this but what a horrible stay. I agree with the no housekeeping BUT when I come down and ask for the items they would put in my room (ie towels cups sugar for the coffee) and they say they don’t have any over and over again then this looks like a money grab at the traveler expense. It just feels like a down grade from Marriotts usual standards

Loved the hotel. Location is great. Staff friendly and accommodating. Love the fire pit! Only issue was the shower--the water leaked through the glass shower door opening and all over the floor. Poor design, and can cause a nasty fall if someone is unaware and slips getting out if the shower.

There are several options in this area. We have had positive experiences with Courtyard before, so we chose this one. It was close to where we needed to be and the price was a little better. The hotel is nice and contemporary. Appears to be well kept and clean. The grounds are compact but very nice. Room was a little small but adequate. There is a little noise form I-40 and the airport. We bought breakfast at the bistro - it was fine. Staff was very nice. Overall, a pleasant stay and we will probably stay there again next time.

Wonderful people and great workers

I’d stay here again and recommend it to others. That’s a good measure of how I view the hotel. I appreciate the upkeep- everything looked like your staff cared that I would enjoy my stay. I went to the patio area and sat by the small fire and enjoyed the quiet. I used the exercise room, the WiFi for my computer, and I slept well. For a short business stay, it was exactly what I wanted.

DO NOT STAY HERE! There was MOLD ALL over the room. They changed my room where there was no visible mold but smelt very moldy. Not only was this hotel full of mold, I stayed during COVID which makes me wonder how clean it actually is.....table, counter top, vanity was not wiped down. Very dirty.

I have been traveling regularly over many years, and rarely does a hotel exceed my expectations the way the Greensboro Courtyard Marriott did. The grounds are nice, and the building is modern with nice decor and very well kept. The staff was always available and extremely nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Even the other guests at the hotel were super nice and friendly! I also loved that I could log into my Netflix account on the TV and watch shows!!! There was a station by the front desk for printing boarding passes and a business center too. We needed 2 rooms for our 4 family members and really appreciated having adjoining rooms with a door in between. Everything was absolutely perfect and truly exceeded my expectations, which hotels rarely do! Also, the price was incredibly reasonable--I booked 2 rooms for less than the price I often pay for 1 room, when I travel. My whole family was very happy there and wanted to make sure I posted a positive review since were so well taken care of during our stay. This hotel is great for business or pleasure. I am very impressed.

Nice rooms and overall the hotel is clean and well maintained. But I highly recommend that you double check your room charges before you check out because I was charged for something that I didnt have. I always pay upfront and never have it charged to my room for this very reason

Nice spacious clean rooms

If you are driving back to Michigan from any of the Southern vacation spots for spring break or winter break. This is a great rest stop. The hotel was very clean and very comfortable. The pool was awesome. heated and clean and a great place for kids to expel some energy on a long trip. The Bistro did a really good job on breakfast also.

Overall the hotel was excellent, choice of food and beverage could be better, Free coffee and bagels for the guest in the morning would add much value to courtyard. Simple would be awesome. Overall the stay was great pleasant staff and friendly smiles goes a long way after a tiring trip and meetings all day.Thanks you Greensboro staff for making my stay a welcoming one. Great location and convenient access to major Interstates as well as a Dunkin Donuts within walking distance. Hotel was as expected; clean and suitable for most needs. Lobby and bar area are quite nice. My only recommendation would be to extend the check-in time from 12am to 1am. Other than that, the hotel stay was nice.

Their website says airport shuttle by request but I called just to make sure and they do not offer it at all. Update your website! That’s not fair to keep that posted.

So, I didnt stay the night here, but I did eat here. The breakfast was very good. It really exceeded my expectations. The coffee is Starbuck, so you know what to expect. The staff is polite and professional. Also, I met Ms USA in the lobby, so I guess it is a classy place.

This Hotel went above and beyond to meet any needs that may have came up. Everyone is very courteous and willing to help in any way needed. Check in and Check out was very easy and quick. No problems at all. Very clean and stylish.

Nice room, friendly staff

Our A.C went out and we needed a local place to stay. We were beyond pleased with our experience. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, asked if we needed assistance and everyone was just overall so friendly. Our kiddos loved the pool and we were grateful for a cool place to stay. The lobby is beautiful. The restaurant has a full bar (great for frazzled parents and business travelers) and there is a nice courtyard with a fire pit. The rooms are well appointed and very quiet. If we have a reason to stay local again, we wouldnt stay anywhere else. Thank you Courtyard Marriott staff for a pleasant stay!

The hotel was just okay. I have stayed here about 5 times for 5-7 days each time. The hotel has zero personality. It is devoid of human interaction, therefore customer service is nonexistant (some people like that). The hotel put a starbucks in the lobby for customer interaction (and profitability). The rooms (clean and plain) are a bed and 4 walls, but so are much cheaper hotels. Next time, I plan to stay elsewhere.

This is a typical Courtyard and it excels with a clean, hospitable environment. Lobby and room are all very nice.I had a king room and the TV does not swing out far enough for easy viewing, but that isn’t a big deal- just noticeable.I took two stars away for two very specific reasons. One, I had an early more flight and tried to take a shower at 5:40 am- and after waiting well over 5 minutes, I gave up and got into a cold shower. A clean bed and a hot shower are tantamount to a nice hotel stay. Now for the bed, it was comfortable, but the AC had the room either really cold or warm. Thankfully there was a blanket in the dresser that I was able to us.The other problem is there wasn’t anybody to speak with when I departed. Went to the front counter at 6:15 and waited a minute- but nothing. So I was unable to convey the cold shower information.

The location of the room was great but could hear everything going on in the hallway!Room was clean and nicely decorated. Loved the layout; curtains block out light very well. However, the bed was very hard. My partner and I both woke up with very stiff backs, no give in the mattress whatsoever.Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:30am which I thought was strange considering we were checking out that day. I guess it was my fault for not putting out the do not disturb sign. That was the first time that has happened to me though.Overall would probably not return due to the mattress being so hard

I have taken many trips to High Point & have stayed in several different hotels. I honestly didn’t realize I booked this hotel, but was very impressed! This Courtyard Marriott is actually much better than the one I usually stay. It was so good, I came back two weeks in a row! The staff is awesome! The property always looks & smell so fresh & clean! The fire pit and courtyard is a great place to relax & simply chill! The rooms are very spacious! Great stay for a good price!

An enjoyable experience from check-in to check-out. Clean, comfortable, quiet, friendly...really a great stay. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I feel it worth mentioning specifically that the housekeeping staff was the friendliest Ive encountered. Warm smiles and friendly (and sincere) good morning! from EVERY member of housekeeping that we encountered EVERY morning. This really added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. The firepit was also great. My 10 year old daughter really loved it.Again, a very enjoyable stay and we will definitely return!

I was quite surprised at the decor and feel, very urban upscale, and beautifully appointed. They also had a bistro style restaurant which had a bar-tender-cook who was approachable and very welcoming. He was popping pop corn for those of us who wanted it as we watched the debate on Sunday evening.The front desk staff was so welcoming when I entered. I was there on business and so I had a very rest full and wonderful night of sleep.The entire experience was that of a high standard hotel. Thanks for caring about us!

This Marriott is so nice and clean. It has been recently renovated and it shows! The room and beds were wonderful! The indoor pool and hot tub were the cleanest I have seen at a hotel! We had supper and breakfast at the Bistro and both meals were delicious! The prices of everything from the room to the food and drinks was great! This was a great overnight experience and if we have the chance we will definitely stay here again!

Attended a baby shower over the weekend. The front desk staff were extremely charming and polite. The hotel was spotless and beautifully decorated. The room that was booked for the shower was a nice size also very clean and well kept. I would highly recommend this hotel for any social or business gatherings.

I had an excellent stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Greensboro AirportStaff was very welcoming and the fitness center, internet and room were best in class.There can be some noise from the airplanes, as the hotel can be in the flight path, but luckily there were no night flight (between midnight and 6am)The bar/restaurant is very nicely laid out and offers plenty of choice, also for breakfast with Starbucks coffee on site...Overall, a very good choice for business travelers, who have to be in National Service Road, but also for tourists, as it only takes about 15 minutes by car to get to the city center.

We are long time Marriott customers and have been traveling to Greensboro for over seven years. We recently switched from the Spring Hill Suites to the Courtyard. The property is in a good location and makes getting to downtown Gboro easy. The staff is friendly and eager to ensure that our stay is always a good one. The Bistro and Bar have good food and a pretty good selection of adult refreshments. We have booked a bank of rooms for an upcoming wedding and the Sales Staff has been fantastic. Dee the night manager is a pleasure to talk with and always has a warm and welcoming smile. We recommend that you give the Courtyard a chance - you will not be disappointed.

My family stayed overnight during Easter weekend. The hotel lobby looked great as did our room. The fitness center had 24 hour access which was great, and the hotel also had a pool and hot tub. My main problem during my stay is that the hot tub was not HOT... it was barely warm. This was a major disappointment because the pool and hot tub were some of my main reasons for choosing this hotel.

Very clean, friendly, and accommodating. The staff couldnt have been nicer and the hotel was beautiful. There is a great outdoor seating area with a fire pit in the back. The little restaurant/bar is a bit pricey ($11 omelets and $5.75 coronas). Overall the best hotel we have been to in a long time.

This Courtyard has the feel of a very new property, although, from a couple of bathroom issues I’ve noted, it clearly isn’t. The evening staff was very attentive and efficient. Considering it’s very close to the interstate and airport, room noise was minimal. I noticed there’s an airport shuttle, although I had no need for it. The lobby is very welcoming in the style of new Courtyards and the “mini” restaurant provided everything you might want for a stay where you really plan to be eating out most meals.

This hotel is up to date and Modern and is a very easy exit and back on entrance to the freeway.. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable and the Amenities are excellent. The outdoor gas firepit is A VERY NICE TOUCH

The Courtyard in Greensboro was perfect. After our room was moved from the sister property of Home 2 Suites to the Courtyard due to an understandable booking issue, we were very pleased to find the Courtyard welcoming, comfortable, and exactly the kind of restful night needed. The property also boasts an indoor pool and hot tub, lounge, outdoor actual courtyard, and guest laundry. All of which were happily utilized. I was able to conduct a brief business meeting in the lobby area, which was cozy with enough space to have a private interaction. The room itself lived up to expectations. The beds were comfortable, bathroom was spacious, and the decor was modern and pleasing. The property is located near to many dining options and the highway. I stayed there for a 2 night business trip. Overall a very nice experience. One area which needs improvement is the food. I ordered a chicken sandwich off the menu and it was not good. It was missing some of the listed ingredients and was very overpriced. Hotel food is often not very good, but this food needs help. The bartender who made the food needs food service training. The room was nice. Comfy bed and great front desk people.

Our room was extremely swanky, especially for the price we paid. It had a nice sized bathroom and plenty of space to unpack. The mattresses were lumpy in spots, but comfortable enough to sleep on. We couldnt hear neighbors through the wall next to our beds, but we could hear them in the bathroom.

With my team already checked in, my room was available but on a different floor. Within a reasonable amount of time, the staff helped me secure a room on the same floor as my team. The accommodations are great and facility is nice and up to date. Several outlets for charging all the essentials. The Courtyards staff was friendly and made me feel like a king. Worst Marriott I have EVER been to! AC was broken & TV did not work. Front desk employee charged me twice and I am still waiting on a refund 3 weeks later! Tara the “manager” was so rude and laughed at my complaint! I would never recommend this location.

“Nice place to stay”Courtyard is a very good hotel with decent size rooms. The rooms are clean. Wifi works good. Overall maintenance is very good. There is a Ruby Tuesday restaurant right next and is a good thing if you dont want to take a ride to downtown for food. Hotel is located a little away from the main happening places and shopping.

Our family usually does an all day marathon family trip around the holidays to this area. We decided to break it up this year with a hotel stay. Courtyard Marriott was great! Wonderful staff, amenities, and the kids loved the pool and hot tub (though small, it was still a welcome dip in the middle of winter). The staff was very kind and the suite we got was plenty of room for all of us. Not to mention close proximity to many restaurants for easy food assess when you dont want to worry about food (a nice break during the holidays). We will be staying again next year.

The room was pretty nice and was clean. There were a couple service issues though with a loose toilet seat and broken dryer which kinda effected our stay but other than that it was good.

We were given a warm welcome by the front desk staff, and they gave us some suggestions for places to have a nice dinner. We went to the Chophouse, which had excellent food as well as superb service! The only slight disappointment was that the hotel was about 10 minutes from airport, but we didnt mind, since we didnt have to worry about hearing noise from planes all night long!Next time, we will plan to stay a couple nights and see what Greensbor has to offer. This was just a quick overnight on our way to Asheville, N.C.breakfast was included in our very reasonable rate, and it was excellent! The eggs were cooked perfectly. It was so much better than one of those all you can stand to eat breakfasts offered at competitor hotels!The Bistro staff were all very friendly.A great place to start our weekend getaway!!

The lobby was the best Ive ever seen for anything in this price range. Beautiful, well-appointed rooms, nice shower heads, and everything you expect from a new Marriott. I loved the bar.

Our stay was great even though we only stayed 1 night. We enjoyed the room & check-in/check-out was simple. The only drawback to our stay was having to wait almost 30 minutes for our breakfast in fhe dining room, where only 1 other table was being served. The food was very good, but with waiting as long as we did, it could have been a little better.

First off, the Marriot rewards is awesome. I love staying at hotels knowing I’m gaining points for free stays in the future. The staff was laid back and very courteous and professional. The room was extremely clean and spacious. The overall feeling of the hotel was relaxing.

Typically stay at Courtyard when I travel, but will find another location for any trips to Greensboro. Restaurant staff bordered on openly rude. May have lost prescription glasses there, but after 3 phone calls, the staff couldn’t care less. Was not asked for either a description of glasses/case and no one took my name and number in case they were found. Disappointing.

The hotel is really nice, good service. Only concern was in the bathroom of room 204 that we stayed in there was some mold underneath some of the peeling wallpaper in the shower. Otherwise it was good.

This is a really solid place to stay. It feels and looks like a brand new new hotel. Rooms are very well-appointed, comfortable, crisp, and clean. Free internet. Free parking. The Bistro in the lobby has hot and cold breakfast options at a very reasonable price and you could even eat lunch or dinner there as they have a full kitchen. There is a small courtyard area if you want to sit outside. It is located six or seven miles from the airport and has shuttle service. Like a lot of airport hotels, its off a commercial main drag in a kind of a hotel-plex so there are not a great deal of eating options outside the hotel; youll have to drive. But I was there for business, ate breakfast each day at the hotel and then drove somewhere else for dinner. This hotel really delivers on the Courtyard-level experience.
