Sausage is always great but bacon can be so thin that trying to separate the pieces causes you to tear them all up. You end up wasting a lot doing this.

Your sausage is fantastic and by far the best on the market and deserves a 5* review all day long!Your bacon is so thin it’s translucent.Someone on the upper tier needs to rethink the way you slice your bacon. It would appear that I’m not the only one that feels the same. Here’s a suggestion, sell it in slab form and I feel confident you will se a rise in sales.Very disappointed!

We have aracist house in Lenoir NC. We discovered at Inhaled while shopping. We dont eat any other pan sausage. We take it home with us to FL. We buy the regular and the hot, the best we have found! Wish you made link sausage as well but you cant have everything!

I am disappointed in the flavor of your hot country sausage! It used to be country sausage with the sage flavor. The pack I have in my fridge right now does not have that flavor. Did the sage give out while processing this batch? I know the pork does not have much flavor nowadays(due to Growing hogs fast), but is there something you can do to get that sausage flavor back. I will attempt to improve the flavor for the remaining 1/2 lb. by adding sage and crushed red pepper.Thank you.

Gold standard for sausage. Patty it thin and cook until uniform dark brown crust forms on the outside. You want a good solid Maillard reaction. Crispy and delicious. If added to dishes remember this sausage is already well salted.

At 70 plus years old, I have always considered Neese the best pork products on the market. Today I cooked Neese bacon. To my surprise, I think an employee put a slab of fatback through the bacon slicer. I have had fatback with more lean in it. I was ashamed to feed it to my family. Although the dog seemed to like it. I dot think my wife had dog food in mind when she bought it.Neese, I am ashamed of what you are now putting on the market.

I have been a devoted Neese customer for many years, but I noticed that the last three or four times that I bought bacon it was not the quality that I was used to. It seemed to be less uniform in thickness and slices and did not cook up as nicely as normal. Whats up?

We only buy Neese sausage because its what my bf likes, but I bought some from the local grocery store and it has mold on it. I bought it 6/10/19 and the sell by date is 6/13/19 (its the morning of the 11th rn). Ive never in my life opened a package of meat and seen MOLD. Im going to let the grocery store know, but Im really disappointed. Ill try to attach a picture if I can figure it out.

I used to pressure wash the trucks at the processing plant in Burlington. I was asked to pressure wash some rails inside by the manager. I have never seen anything that clean in my life. There is not a operating room any cleaner or sterile it was amazing. So eat up knowing that it is well looked after.

My husband and I were vacationing in N.C. this Fall and we tried the sausage. It was so good that we purchased 6 pounds to bring back home with us to Va. I cant find it around here but I plan on ordering directly through the company listed on the package.

Ive bought nothing but neeses for years.Recently cooked for my family, and after finished our breakfast my wife took a bite out of her last peice of sausage, (I made smash patties) there was a A long jet black hair she pulled out of her mouth. Infused into the sausage. No one in our house has jet black hair.I promised not to make a bad review in an email I sent, just wanted to let it be known so it doesnt happen again to someone else.Why am I writing one now? Because after multiple attempts of contacting neeses about this over the last month, over email and even the Facebook page, to no avail. Not once did I hear back for my complaint. Hair in your food is DISGUSTING, and this type of complaint should be handled. Not just ignored. Jimmy Deans it is I guess.
