I had previously received 2 damaged Schwinn IC4 exercise cycles from Amazon that had damage. Today I receive yet another bike, but this time it was shipped via XPO. XPO kept in contact with me about the delivery. I was alerted that it would be delivered within the next few minutes. One of the guys on the truck called me a few minutes later and said they were 20 minutes out. They arrived right on time. The box was damaged and they offered to inbox the bike so that I could check for damage. There appears to be no damage to the bike. The delivery guys were great: professional, courteous, helpful, personable....and all the other things you might want to say about two guys who truly loved their job.

Polite, careful delivery of furniture. They were blocked by construction traffic and had to walk two recliners about a 1/10 a mile and I didnt figure that out until they were walking back up the road from my home! Great service!

Nick the assistant Manager worked through a deliver screw up from XPO and Casper Mattress and was willing to send two guys out from the warehouse to solve the issue when no one else was available. Kudos to Nick for thinking outside the box and making something happen.

My cabinets were delivered on time in good condition. I received a call an hour before they arrived. Cedric was very professional when bringing the cabinets in and showed me how they were coded so that I could check them off my invoice. I always appreciate good customer service and it doesn’t get much better than this.
