The place is great. Clean, working machineala, quiet at night and always feel safe. Go here give them all your quarters, you will thank me.UPDATE: After 30 plus visits I went on a sat morning. Word to the wise10am on sat is the absolute worst time to go. Busy as all get out. If you sit in your car they will remove all your dried laundry to make room for someone else. So if you dont mind your clothes fresh out of the dryer being throw in a pile in a basket then more power to ya . (To their defense, they do place it in a basket for you and will tell you the second you come back in. ) so I lowered the star rating due to this incident. Will raise it back if I feel they are deserved.UPDATE #2. and hopefully my last one.So after continuing to go their week after week, Im happy to report that they continue to be super friendly and will only remove your clothes if its a last resort. I guess that day was just a bit too crazy and they absolutely needed my dryers. Raising the star rating to a 4 simply because their is still room for improvement

Ive been taking our Queen sized,deluxe comforters here for years. We usually try to freshen them up Bi-Annually and without fail, they take the greatest of care of them without damaging anything.

The people who complained about this place probably thought this one was the one down the street....this place is great....the washers dont skimp on water and wash your clothes well....the dryers dry really well so youre not in there having to use a whole bunch of quarters drying...ALL of the machines were working when I went there and its super clean....I will be going back

This is the first laundromat in greensboro that Ive been to after living here for three years that all of the machines actually work. Its a smaller place and doesnt look brand new but the machines are what matter to me they are clean and working!

Dryers work very good....space is limited when the mat is full but all the equipment works very good. There is a place up the street in a gas station and I refuse to go in there.

No credit cards accepted for the change machine, but at least you dont have to pay for a laundromat pay card and have money left on the card because you dont live here and will only be using it once.😀😀

Clean & have ton of washers but I wish they had more dryers. Pricing is reasonable. Washers are a nice size not small like most of the ones I go to & only $2.00 to wash I love that. Could use a few more chairs & air conditioning because it’s very hot in there. Overall I had a good experience & this will probably be my main washer.

The best, cleanest, most reliable place Ive ever been in as far as Laundromats go. Especially being open 24/7. The owener is sweet, honest, & very very helpful. She is also a seamstress & does wonderful work.She does wash, dry & fold service also very fair prices.

Dirty place. If you drop a sock after washing it you should wash it again. Only about half of the washers work. Dryers are hot. I will give it that much. Oh and no air conditioning. Its like a sweat shop in here.

Sue, the owner, is amazing! She is so friendly, and professional. I always get my laundry back from her in separate bags for each member of my family. She is thorough, and neat, and has convenient hours. West Market St laundromat is the best!!

Great little place. Open 24 hours. Has ac so it doesnt feel miserable inside and it has a good size parking lot.

Employee very friendly and helpful. Barely half of the washers and dryers are working. This place has twice as many washers as they have working dyers. That leaves customers waiting to use dyers if there is more than 3 people using them. If there is more than 3 washers already going when you get there, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Ugh!
