I absolutely love Lisa, she is the best laser hair specialist I have ever met. She makes me smile and feel comfortable at session. She is knowledgeable about laser hair removal and gave me a timeframe on how the sessions will work. She has the best prices in the Triad and you’re able to pay as you go and not obligated to a contract like other laser hair centers. I started coming to Patricia about a year ago for laser hair removal treatments after being referred to her by my sister-in-law. Patricia was great! She was very thorough, her prices were extremely reasonable, and she didn’t try to get you with packages or a required number of treatments. Recently Patricia sold the business and I hate to say it but, the new owner leaves a lot to be desired. For starters let me just say that she has a very pleasant personality however she has very little experience with laser hair removal (only about 8 months) so her skill level and knowledge is limited. She also isn’t as thorough as Patricia was. When she did my underarms and full Brazilian treatments, she missed several areas which became very noticeable when the hair started growing back. Her schedule also seems limited since she is still working her other job so when I tried rescheduling my next appointment, we ended up having to push it out past the 4 – 6 weeks recommended between treatments. To make matters worse, for some reason she felt her short stint in the field warranted price increases for all treatment areas, some as much a doubled, so in addition to not getting the same quality of service I was getting before, now I have to pay more for it. Overall I just don’t feel the quality of service here is worth it anymore, at least not for me, and that really sucks b/c this use to be the best place in town for laser hair removal.

I wish I found Patricia sooner! She is so professional yet friendly. The best part of this facility is the pricing. None of the B.S. that other laser services have with packages of x number of visits on one area. Patricia quotes fair prices for your specific needs and you only pay per visit, so it is tailored to your exact needs. I highly recommend this place.
