Used this service before in the past. However, now they are just horrible all around. For starters he arrived two hours late, Service was terrible! Started notice stains before he left, more a couple of hours after he left & and even more once completely dried. Call the manager a couple of hours later. He said they would come back out today. Now they won’t answer my call.

I used steam bros for the first time dueto the competitive price. They do a good job for standard cleaning. Unfortunately their equipment isn’t equipped to handle stains or food stuck on carpet. I would use them again for a refresher but not for heavy duty kids stains

I excitedly hired SteamBros based on social media raves and reviews and pictures. They responded to my request in a timely manner. We scheduled an appointment for 1:45 pm the following week for carpet cleaning. I was basing my expected charges off the social media specials advertised of 2 areas for $89.99 up to a whole house carpet clean for $179.99. I wanted a small living room carpet clean and a small bedroom carpet clean (2 areas) and a couch and ottoman. (upholstery clean-2 more areas). The day of the appointment, the technician called me around 11:30 am asking to come in 15 minutes instead of 1:45. I wanted to accommodate so my husband and I took an early lunch and told Marcus he could come at 12 noon. He said he would. However, he did not come until 12:30 for some reason. When he arrived he was not wearing a mask nor gloves, which was appalling to me considering the current pandemic. He also stated he was tired. He came in and reviewed the areas and did not suggest any additional services or add-ons for my visible carpet stains. He proceeded to clean the areas with a hose tool. I was very disappointed almost to tears at the results. My carpet looked like I had vacuumed it and then wet it. Basic stains were not removed only dirt lifted from top to bottom as stated by the person I spoke to on the phone after the service. Marcus felt I should receive a discount so did not take payment and suggested I call the SteamBros office first. I called and the man on the phone was very condescending and defensive. He suggested sending Marcus back but I declined since Marcus and the equipment he had did not get the job done initially. I thought he would send someone else, suggest an add on treatment or offer a discount but he proceeded to gloat on his business successes in Raleigh and Charlotte and attempt to invalidate my concerns and lack of satisfaction. I was charged $160 for the work rendered and immediately sent an invoice with no contract prior to this. I was told on the phone I was given a discount on the upholstery cleaning but my invoice indicated discount $0.00. Before I paid the invoice I received ANOTHER invoice at 2 am with a $25 late fee attached. I brought in another company- based out of Greensboro and they had NO PROBLEM removing all of my carpet stains except 1. I am very saddened by my overall experience with SteamBros. The technician Marcus was VERY kind but customer service, quality, and professionalism did not meet my expectations. Hopefully, with future clients and customers a contract will be sent ahead of time and customers with heavy soils will be offered add-on treatment options and clarity and compassion will be offered.

My carpets looks brand new again! They work with you and let you change on the spot what you need done. I made an appointment on Sunday and Monday morning my carpet was done. Cornelius done amazing and was very professional!!!

I can not express how pleased I was with the service we received. He took the time out to explain his step by step process. He was beyond pleasant and answered any questions I may had. The cleaning left my home smelling good. The cleaning solution used had the best scent ever. Not to mention the drying was was exactly what was told. An hour max. And my carpet looks new again... If I could give zero stars I would. DONT BE FOOLED BY THE CHEAP PRICES. False advertising of services performed. Our carpet still looks the same as it did before we wasted our money. In the pictures it shows them getting up big stains yet we was told they couldnt even get it small litttle spots that was here and there and the guy was making up excuses as to why. We still wanted to give him a chance since he arrived on time but it was Poor costumer experience the guy seem like he was totally clueless. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE
