They are just 3rd party sellers go straight to Spectrum for cheaper rates and no terrible contracts.

My internet service has went out numerous times this month 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. I’m not talking about for an hour or two, but 12 hours at a time (in my case 4 pm-4 pm the next day). This is extremely inconvenient & frustrating when you are working from home. I end up having to use vacation time to make up lost time. I understand that outages may occur, but 12 hours at a time, numerous times a month is ridiculous. If this continues to happen, I will definitely switch providers✌🏼. Do better Windstream....

The people are fantastic! I arrived five minutes before closing in the Lexington store. They all greeted me with welcoming smiles. The young lady I did not get her name, excepted my money (mostly change) without hesitation nor judgement in her eyes. I appreciate that. Windstream provides me with internet service. Its been two months and Ive not had any issues.
