Hearing life has provided excellent service at a time when my hearing was fading. They tested me and recommended the Phonak brand of aid, which has turned out to be the best. Mary Allen is an expert in her field, and gradually helped me to learn and adjust the hearing aid features. Hearing Life is my go to provider.

I have been very pleased with the hearing aid specialist, Mary Anne, with the hearing tests, repairs, and optimizing my hearing. I can get an appt fairly quickly, which is important when youre dependent on your hearing aides.

The Audiologist explained everything thoroughly about What I needed and the options available. The only glitch in process was verifying my insurance coverage. That was an issue with managed care portal and not with Hearing Life. My visit with Hearing Life was great. I would recommend them.

Ive worked in noisy environments for most of my working life. I havent taken proper care of my hearing and it had progressively gotten worst. I finally decided to do something about it and began treatment with hearing life almost 5 years ago. They have made such a hugh difference in my ability to communicate since I can hear what is being said. I didnt realize the way I pronounced words and the volume of my speech was also greatly affected. I have worked with Stephanie Nance and she has been such a blessing in my efforts to hear again.

Have visited twice in the last 5 months during walk-in hour for same issue. Called ahead 2nd visit and yet no audiologist was on site to help me. Disappointed with lack of response and lack of help pinpointing what the trouble is with my hearing aid. Was familiar with previous owner and feel follow-up service after purchase of aides has definitely declined with Hearing Life.
