This is literally the only company i go to, to get my phones serviced FAIR PRICES & IMMACULATE WORK. i’ve been going here for phone repairs since i was in like the 7th grade & now i’ve graduated high school & am a freshman in college. i literally just went there a few days ago to get the screen on my Product red iphone 8 plus. They’ve watched me grow and me the same i remember when i first started going there, i went to get the screen on my iphone 4 fixed they were a little slow but now i can promise u they’ll have your screen repaired in no more than 20 minutes. i wish them many more years of success business, they’re really the best in greensboro. 5 OUT OF 5 STARS DEFINITELY RECOMMEND !!!!

I brought my iPad to this place Dec 21(nobody was even there when I got there mind you). I gave the iPad to the man and told to him to take their time because it was around Christmas time (I didn’t mean take a whole month). They kept pushing back the date for me to pick it up, and on multiple occasions I have called this company to get an update and they did not answer. The last I have heard from this man was on Thursday Jan 14 2021 and they said that the part needed was going to come in Friday or Saturday, I called Saturday . It is now Jan 17 2021 and I regret taking my device there.I will not be doing business with this company no longer

Before I went in the only thing that wasn’t working on my phone was my charging port. I couldn’t even tell if they actually changed it for a new one or if they just gave it a clean because it still wouldn’t charge right(I still had to put in the charger a certain way for it to actually charge). When I got it back the ring/silent switch didn’t work anymore and the phone in general would get hotter than usual. I went in a second time so they could just clean the charging port and I felt like it was overpriced for a simple thing like that.

I brought my iPhone 5C there and had great service! They were also cheaper than iCracked and other competitors. I was in and out on my lunch break.

I dropped off my laptop to be repaired over a week ago, and was told itd be three days to fix it. After a week I went to the location to pick up my laptop even if it wasnt repaired, and was told I couldnt get it, because it was in pieces. The guy at the front desk told me that they did get the part needed to repair it. I was told that I would be called the next day to pick it up, but have yet to be call. Im coming in the next day theyre open, even if its in pieces, because I have zero faith in them to do anything.

Amazing! Very kind and helpful staff. I dont write many reviews, but this one is a must. Apple would normally have your phone fixed in a matter of 3-5 days, when iSolutions will figure out the problem, and have your phone ready for pick up in a matter of hours. Ive been going to them since I had my iPhone 4, and now my iPhone 6. My iPhone 6 was in a terrible accident with me, and I thought it was done for. Its on and working now in a matter of hours thanks to iSolutions. I would recommend this place to ANYBODY! The pricing here is very reasonable as well!

Like others, dropped my Iphone and the front glass shattered. ATT wouldnt honor an upgrade, Apple Store said I needed to buy a new phone...but these guys invited me to drop buy and let them fix it while I waited. Quick, easy and works perfectly....price was right too. Highly recommend them.

Spent 160 to fix my iPhone and it stopped working after 2 weeks screen went completely black took it back and they said they couldnt fix it cause it was a crack at the top right hand corner of the screen and then told me I would have to pay 100 to get it fixed DONT GO TO I SOLUTIONS!!!!!!!

Dont trust other reviews!! Look on yelp and youll see Im not alone! Im not the one to usually post reviews but people need to be aware of the trap they are falling into, coming to this business. My phone had been acting up and the power button on the top had stopped working. I researched online and decided to purchase a new power button and take the phone in for repair here. I dropped off my phone and they told me to come back in 2 hours. I did, my phone was still not done being worked on. I didnt mind waiting a little longer (which I did). After about another hour the lady hands me my phone. Two things I noticed. One the screen turns colors when you press it like old LCD screens do when you press them (not something my phone was doing before) in fact I mentioned to them that my phone was not like this before (try it yourself on your iPhone see if it does it) and they unanimously and condescendingly laughed at me saying they all do that. Thankfully this is just a nuisance compared to the other issue. I came in here to just get my power button fixed and what do you know. I get my phone back and not only does the power button not work, the mute toggle switch doesnt work, and the volume buttons doesnt work. Her response was you brought us a defective piece. At the time in the store I hadnt noticed anything but the power button not working so I didnt make a mention of it. Unfortunately because of work I couldnt take my phone back for a few days to inquire about what was wrong with the volume button and the switch. When I finally go around to it I go in and say look I came in here to fix my power button and I left with even more problems I need my phone to be fixed. She tells me well I can open it and look at it but anything else Ill have to charge you (how about the fact I paid for something to be more broken than when I got it?). After about 15 minutes she calls me back in there oh hahahahah I forgot to plug in this cable thats why nothing was working. Yes thats right this whole time I was being accused of providing faulty things and yet the person who was repairing my phone hadnt even connected a cable and left my phone defective accusing me at every corner (great customer service I know). Please please AVOID this place at all costs. Theres a better shop off Wendover thatll better serve you. These other reviews on here do not sound genuine do you think Id waste my time writing this if I wasnt trying to warn others?

DO NOT HAVE YOUR PHONE REPAIRED HERE! I had them replace the cracked screen on my IPhone 5c, and also bought a new hard screen cover so that I would have a bit more screen protection. ( Ha! What a joke that was!). I noticed almost immediately after leaving their store that I had to press really hard when texting or trying to answer the phone, but assumed that was due to the fact that I added the screen cover, so I did not try to get them to do anything about that. However, exactly SEVEN DAYS after they replaced my screen, my new screen shattered with a very minimal drop. When I say minimal, I was sitting down in a chair and dropped my phone ON THE CARPET, and the entire upper right corner of the phone screen shattered. I went back to the store to see if something could be done, and the only thing they offered to do was to replace my screen again for the **discounted** rate of $80. Why in the world would I want to spend another $80 just to get another crappy screen??!!?? I can only assume that the parts they use are not apple certified or are some kind of substandard part, because I have dropped my phone many, many times, on much harder surfaces, without so much as a crack. I would not recommend them to anyone.In response to owners comments: I was not offered this free insurance either when I had the phone repaired, or when I came back in after a week. The only solution offered to me was to replace the screen again for another $80, and that seemed ridiculous to me considering I had just paid you $100 a week earlier. I have also discovered that there are now things about my phone that do not work properly that worked just fine prior to the repair. I can no longer share contacts for instance...weird...but I was able to with no problem before. I am honestly just very dissatisfied. My daughter had her boyfriends father replace her screen with a screen and digitizer that she purchased on ebay for around $40, and honestly her new screen has held up much better (hers was replaced at least six months ago, and is still fine).

I initially brought my phone to another cell phone repair place in Greensboro. Long story short, I had a terrible experience. After one week of being out a phone, I decided to for-go the tech fee paid at the first place and take my phone to iSolutions instead. They figured out my issue in the first day, and had it fixed in two. They were pleasant, provided a great service in a timely fashion and had very competitive prices. Unlike the other repair shop, iSolutions also placed a warrantee on their work. Seems like a no-brainer!

Had bad experience for iphone 6plus repair. Not trust worthy service per my opinion, repaired it for touch issue, the issue started surfacing again after a week. when i went to shop to enquire they were not responding well and no answer for what they did.
