I called you at 2 put on hold, then cut off all while waiting on police investigating car accident which should be on the dash cam I had purchased from you. AT 5 I DROVE TO GEEK SQUAD,greensboro. Carolyn there sold the missing Items Thinkware F200 said should have been included with the Geek Squad installation. We then viewed the play back only to find the accident was Not recorded and the camera was point wat to high showings only the tree tops. She also said all the recordings were very short,not even recording whole trips. She then reinstalled camera in my car. I will try to see my latest trips and get back to her. She did a Great job πŸ‘

Terrible customer service from a geek squad employee. I understand people have bad days but you are in a customer service position. I just left this location and was as polite as I knew how, replying with yes maam and no maam. Never raised my voice or said anything negative. I dont know her name as no name tags are worn by any of the geek squad employees and she wouldnt answer any questions outside of what was about my computer. She constantly rolled her eyes when I didnt understand what information she was asking me for, and was very noticeably irritated for some reason when dealing with other customers. At the conclusion of my appointment I wished her to feel better but she again rolled her eyes, didnt respond verbally to me but asked for the next customer. NEVER going back to this location. Ill drive out of my way for better customer service thanks!

I was told through a chat session with Geek Squad I would be able to obtain my diagnostic that was ran on my phone in January by visiting Geek Squad in person, only to be declined by a representative of Geek Squad in the store. Her demeanor screamed that she could careless as she referred me to a completely different business. The explanation the representative gave to me didn’t make sense at all followed by her stating corporate doesn’t always know the stores policies.

Geek squad customer service representatives are not prepared to answer concerns.I left my laptop at a Best Buy location on January 18, 2021.Laptop was received by technicians, diagnosed and approval was given for repair by January 22, 2021.January 30, 2021 I call the Geek squad for a status update. The representative was unable to provide any new update. I requested to speak to a manager. After waiting for over an hour for a manager/supervisor the representative insisted I allow the management team return my call. No one ever returned my call. February 1, 2021, I attempted to get a update.Agent AJ disconnected the call saying he was going to check when the part ordered would be available. I waited several minutes in hopes he would call me back with an answer. He never called back. I placed another call to the 800 number and got Agent Mary. She said nothing had been documented February 1, 2021. (For this reason I can only assume Agent AJ disconnected the call). While speaking with Agent Mary this call was also disconnected. Before being disconnected Agent Mary said the part was in house and awaiting inspection of the part to install and repair the laptop. (This was a total contradiction to what agent AJ had said previously), leaving me to wonder which agent was correct.At this point I am so frustrated I don’t know what to do. To stop the repair would only delay the process further. I just want my laptop repaired.Please repair and return laptop.Please contact me and advise the actual repair status and estimated time of return.At this point The Geek squad is receiving 1star because I can not give them a lower rating.I would encourage Geek Squad to send relevant updates to customers daily. I would also encourage the tech department to document better so there CS Reps have a more in-depth knowledge to be able to respond to customers who take time to inquire or have concerns.

I scheduled an appointment at 7:40 because I get off at 7:30. My sound was not working. The employee said something smart in front of my face to another employee stating he does not want to stay past close. He ended up not helping. I read an article on hps website and got my sound fixed myself. I honestly think he did not want to help because it was too close to closing time. They should not have the option to make an appointment close to closing time and they should help no matter what.

We have bought 4 laptops and a table at Best Buy. We always get the Geek Squad plan that they offer and we love it..... Friendly and very helpful staff....only one laptop that I bought had to be shipped to the warehouse to get it fix and it took about two weeks for me to get it back but that was it after that never had a problem with it..... And recently I lost one of the little tiny screw that goes in the screen and they replaced it as soon as I got to the store...I truly recommend it!

They do great work and the staff was amazing. I love that they called me along the way to find out how I wanted things to be handled. They offered me a few choices and then fixed from there. The call that came to me about how to proceed came to a shock but they cared enough to keep me included instead of just charging for extra work...

The guys David and Jason are beyond AWESOME! From the time they received my order they were calling and setting up an appointment time.Initially I only had 1 tv for install but decided to install 2 they said no problem we can do it. They did a fantastic job, very professional crew.

The people dont know what they are doing they are the furthest thing from techs. Do not take anything here unless you want to get ripped off. Take your computer to a local computer repair shop you will find much better service there for a much cheaper rate.

I bought a touch screen computer that Best Buy SELLS and needed a screen protector application. Best Buy does not sell a screen protector so I called and confirmed that they would still install it, since they do sell it. I wasted 20 minutes of my life driving to Best Buy to stand in a 15 minute line to be told they could not do it. 20 minutes back home... almost an hour of my life wasted and nothing to show for it. My time, just like everyone else’s, is valuable. If the associate would have just said that they could not do it, I could have spent that time doing something better. So now I’ll have a touch screen computer with bubbles all over the screen. Great

I bought a radio from best buy but I purchased the installation kit from Amazon. The Geek Squad refused to install my radio saying that the kit would not fit my car. I showed them numerous examples of people with the same make and model of my car who had installed the same one. They refused me multiple times even though the free installation was provided with my radio. Dont waste your time with these guys they are lazy, incompetent, and dont really care about the customers.

Bestbuy has lost my business forever. I dont know how this company is still in business after reading there reviews and now my experience. I purchased a surface 6 1tb computer 2400 and they sent it to the wrong address. I caught the mistake and they sent it back to bestbuy. Now, they cant reorder the item I originally purchased. They now want to refund my money to the same gift card I now longer have because bestbuy confiscated it because I used the all the funds on the card. I called corporate and spoke to 5 people with no help. I just want my money back not a gift card. I dont want to spend another dime in that place!

First experience we had with geek squad was fantastic but that was one and only. For two days we have called and chatted, wasting several hours to get no where. All we were trying to do was set up an in-home consult and they couldnt grasp it. Several times transferred around and several times hung up on. Will never try them again. Waste of time!

Theyre pretty awful. One of my old laptops needed a hard-drive replacement, when I picked it up they hadnt bothered also installing a new OP system on it. More recently, I brought a new laptop in for a replacement keyboard, when I got it back the wireless adaptor had been disconnected and no one bothered to reconnect it. Work on it yourself or take it somewhere else, anything you send here comes back even more broken than before.

I have to ultimately give the Geek Squad a 1 star because they never did fix the problem. After having 2 technicians out, my problem still remains. The 2nd technician gave me very technical advice on how to fix my problem every time it occurred. Altho he was very nice, this is not helpful to me. I dont think I should have to jump thru hoops to get things to work properly, I want it to work the way it should. Now they want to charge me another $99 to come out again. I just simply wont use them anymore.

Never trust this company, bring the tv with the screen broke with a two year warranty but it said only cover hardware..so they wont repair asking like 300 for repair the screen.so we ask our money back when we purchase the warranty...STAY AWAY FOR THIS COMPANY BUNCH OF THIEF.!!!
