Great customer service! Ive had nothing but great customer service and speedy turn around with every issue Ive brought from cracked ipad to bugs with my laptop. Ive recommended Will to friends and family and get discounts on future software updates etc! I HIGHLY recommend this guy (plus they have a Groupon! )
Stay away from this company. Their technician does not know what he is doing and his charges are out the roof. He will try to sell you new software, computers and fax machines when you do not need them.
