Very comfortable and affordable experience. Sarah did great as always. I have long/ medium hair in which is always trimmed and basic, but I always feel brand new.

Patience was great at trimmer my beard. Very professional service. Always a go to for a hair cut but they are a bit pricey.

Took my 15 year old here to get his first haircut since the pandemic began. The ladies here fawned over his curls and made his day! He arrived a shy boy with a large mop of curls and left a confident young man with a super slick head of of hair. Will absolutely be bringing him back!!!

Ive been to many different Sport Clips locations before. First time I came to this one. Kay was the stylist that cut my hair, and she did an awesome job. She was friendly, quick, and thorough. One of the best cuts Ive had in a while. Its far from where I live, but may have to make this one my regular place to see her again.

My boys absolutely loved the experience. They got the haircut exactly like the ones they wanted. Both Kay and Julie were fabulous with my young men.

Walked in and signed in. Name was on board was about 25 mins. Lady said they can text when ready. They sent me a text to show me what it would look like. Never got a text and about 35 mins later got a message saying my visit was cancelled. Been going here for a while. Not anymore. Would not recommend.

I signed in online an hour ahead of time (3:48)said I would be ready by 4:54 got there 5 mins early and somehow like 3 or 4 people had been put in front of me and the lady said it would be another hour wait... this is not the first time this has happened very unorganized and unprofessional..... I love sports clips just not this one by far the worst sports clips I have been too. What’s the point of signing in online if it doesn’t even help?

Got a bad cut that left a bald spot with clippers on the side and wasn’t told until I got home and my girlfriend told me. Disappointed to say the least before a big meeting at work.Wouldn’t recommend after this experience.

Come here to get my kids hair cut every few months and today was the worst. Today we were the only people waiting with four booths open. The stylists acted like we werent even there while having conversations between each other. We sat there for 15 minutes and about that ptime there were 5 people waiting. After about 25 minutes waiting, with no one getting their hair cut, my son finally got to go back. They did a okay job but the customer service was terrible today.

In the past when I visited this location with my grandson the staff changed the tv on a kid friendly station in order to avoid inappropriate tv commercials. After a scene with a man and woman bathing together with strong sexual content and then a scene with a Jason horror movie character I asked if the station could be changed. Instead of an apology and immediate response, the manager became defensive and started quoting store policy. If I had taken him into a business that only catered to adults then I would have been in the wrong place. However, this business advertises boys and men’s haircuts. I called customer service and have not yet received a call from the owner. Very disappointing.

They take very good care of you here. The ladies that work there remember you when you come in.

My favorite spot in the area for a quick cut. I can go in here on lunch time, get a cut and still have time to get lunch afterwards. The staff is very friendly and there are plenty of TVs to watch as well.

My boyfriend LOVES this place but seemed to get better service at the Friendly location in Greensboro. We had a bad experience one night and he went home with a bad cut. I think the lady was just ready to go home bc it was an hour before closing time. She was by herself but constantly looking at the time on her phone, huffing and seemed annoyed that anyone even came in. He didnt get the VIP package he normally gets. The company overall is AWESOME (5 stars) but that bad experience has made him nervous about when & what time is good to come back. Thats why I rated it at 3. Also why we are here at 1:15 getting a cut lol

Asked for a modification of a cut made while still being on the chair and was told that it would cost another hair cut. Im not sure if thats the rule, but Ive had better experiences with salons.

My favorite part of this place is that they save your preferences in the system and it comes out similar each time. That and the many TVs with sports on.

Made an online appointment, I showed up on time, and have to wait 25 minutes. I dont see the point of downloading your app and making an online appointment. Waste of time.
