Called ahead and was told my 2 year old could come in. 3 and up would need a mask. After lugging my twin toddlers across town, signing in and waiting I was told they could not cut his hair unless he wore a mask the entire time. I am in no way against mask wearing but this entire experience was ridiculous.

Kathy was great! She was very friendly, professional and gave me the haircut that was exactly what I was looking for! I would 100% recommend to everyone and I will definitely be back to see her!

Stylists would not let me use my buddy coupon and then she charges me $5 extra for a ‘beard trim’ when I asked her to use an electric shaver on the side of my head. I’ve had 2 other stylists do this for no extra charge and the worst part was this lady didn’t mention that when I asked for the trim but conveniently Waits until time to pay to be like oh by the way that was $5 extra. Hope you enjoyed that $5 because I’ll never step foot in this sport clips again. Because of it!!

Absolutely the worst haircut I’ve ever got. My 2 year old could’ve done a better job. Was rushed out in 10 minutes. Didn’t do what I asked for. Talk less and do you job better Anna.

I’m rating well because a couple ladies there do a great job with my special needs kids. One said she took a class for it. I appreciate that and would pay the extra for it. What I don’t like is how they put the tip automatically on the credit card machine and the minimum tip is like 35%. The girls I mentioned earlier deserve it and I will pay it. But do not make it the default.

They are clean and safe, but seem to be in too much of a hurry. Stylist shaved off my side burns without asking. It will take about a month to grow them back. Im not happy about that.

I went to see my regular Stylist, Amanda who was very professional, timely and always gives a great quality cut just how I like it. The staff did and excellent job taking all covid precautions as well, by keeping the areas clean and sanitized.

I have used sport clips for years. However, I will not going back. I am really not that picky about my hair, its the reason why I do not mind going to Spoets Clips. I expect not every hair to be perfect. Yet, the haircut I got today was horrible. I literally kept trying to help the hairstylist, Bree, by telling her how she could fix it. However, each time it got worst. I finally left with patches all over my head where there should be a fade. My bangs are scalped on one side, and go to my eyebrow on the other. It is so bad that my wife started laughing when I walked in the door, and she barely even pays attention to when I get a haircut. I am sorry but Bree needs to go and get more training before she is allowed to cut anyone elses hair.

Checked in online for my son’s haircut to get us ‘on deck’ quicker. He enjoys his conversations with the stylists and always comes out looking fresh and clean. This time more than ready for school picture day.

Rachel messed up my husbands hair by taking a chunk out and not blending the line between his hair and beard and was touching him weirdly. I didnt think much of it til she whispered into his ear something he wont say to me. Jett has also cut his hair and did a awful job. Who trains these people... DONT GO HERE!

Daisy has been cutting my hair for about a year now, maybe a little longer and I have yet to be disappointed. I am a picky person when it comes to my hair, and she exceeds each time. I am always greeted with a smile and an upbeat personality all while making sure it is an enjoyable yet professional experience. I don’t plan on letting anyone else cut my hair. You rock, Daisy!

Nice facility. Clean facility. Yet if you want a good hair cut, someone who listens to what you ask for, go elsewhere. I asked for 1/8 shorter I got 1/8 left. Hair was cut extremely to short. $25 for a haircut only is absurd especially when the fouled it up

I am a disabled veteran and used the check in online. Got there early and I was next. Then the screen said I was on deck and Jett took someone else who had time waiting. When she was finally done with him she told me she had to go to bathroom and clean up. She was whispering to one of the other girls and it seemed like she was stalling on purpose to cut my hair. Several minutes later and an hour after my appointment time she called me and I told her she had skipped me... She got an attitude and said there was first available there longer even though the screen did not reflect that. I told her no the screen said he had time till he was up and I did not... She got an attitude with me so I left. I had been told by my friends that she had an attitude problem with the customers and I saw it that day. I was in a lot of pain being a 100% disabled veteran so I told her never mind I am it out of here and I left. There is no excuse for her issues and I will never go back after years of going there and the wendover store. It has gone way down hill recently in customer service and time waiting even though you signed in online. Thanks for treating me badly. I found another place and got the best haircut I have had in years. Veterans avoid this place... They have no respect.

Jett was a great stylist, she made sure the hair cut was done right the first time before going back to do the mvp and then also advised about product that she used when shampooing and also a good product for beard oil. I highly recommend Jett to anyone who is looking to get a hair cut here.

Great cuts reasonably priced.

My boyfriend had a great first time here. Place was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and as a bonus for new customers he got a free upgrade wich included hot towel, shampoo and shoulder massage, which he really enjoyed. The only criticism he had was that its a little to masculine (hes not a big fan of sports and or meathead related activites). Also the cut was done by a 20 year vet so it was excellent. As for the rest of the barbers Im not sure how skilled they are but his barber was topnotch.

I get the MVP every time, leave looking and feeling great! The ladies do a wonderful job, and the massage chair and hot towel are icing on the cake!

They were friendly, reasonably priced, and did an awesome job. I will definitely come back here for a hair cut.

I go see Jett to get my hair styled exactly how I want it. I feel like shes precise, friendly, and laid back, which keeps me relaxed. Britney cut my hair the first couple of visits and did a great job but, I just prefer Jett. Thanks to all the stylist at the friendly shopping center location!

Kettle did a great job cutting my hair.

The lady who did my sons hair was nice, and kinda liked the atmosphere, but she did a horrible job actually cutting his hair. It is completely uneven. There are cut lines showing. The front of his hair goes down. Hes 4 but he sat still and followed her directions, so theres no reason it shouldnt have been done correctly. Now I have to pay more money to get his hair fixed. I would never go back. I dont recommend this if you have children.

First time walking in this place and the last. I have medium long hair and went in it was all equal lentgh. Got done it looked good styled the same way I went in with. Got home took a shower and hair was parted back and in the middle noticed right side inch above ear left side down past ear. Needless to say I can only put my hair style one way now or it is just hideous otherwise. First time customer free upgrade to mvp. Weird lil what said neck shoulder massage was like a 10 sec run a massager across shoulder to shoulder and done. Head massage and friendliness was was sufficient but cut and massage is a straight joke. If they offered $5 specials I would keep my $5. Just saying I guess they will let anyone cut hair. So terrible from the fade lines to the very very very unevenness of my hair I am forced to go somewhere else and hope for a fix. Just love wasting hard earned money. Even took before and after pix because it was the first time there.

First time at sportclips, I had a awesome experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I will be a repeat customer. My hair dresser was pleasant to talk to and suggested a new style which I love.
