This place is full of con artists and liars. Tom Fuller you should be ashamed of yourself.
Horrible! Stay far away. They have the worse communication. They could really benefit from some serious customer service training. They act as if they are incompetent, they couldnt answer basic questions. Or they were just choosing to be difficult. Donna Davis in particular. She is beyond rude. The rating is low, but Im surprised its not lower. I have dealt with Geico, Progressive and Farm Bureau. Farm Bureau is the absolute worse of the three. I wouldnt recommend them to my own enemies.
A consumer buys a home owner policy thinking they are covered for wind/storm damage, then the adjuster comes out, asks a few questions, and turns down your legitimate insurance damage claim! Joe Pulliam asked me if I owned my property, and I told him yes. That was the end of my claim. He hides behind his so called field trips so no one can contact him. Well Joe, you and your insurance company have a ding in your armor now. Its called the North Carolina Department of Insurance. That black eye will cost you more than my building roof repair will with lost customers policies being cancelled. Hows that for hiding?Update: 7/19/2019. Farm Bureau never paid for my damages, and they declined coverages for a number of other home owners with Farm Bureau policies after tornadoes hit Greensboro, and after hurricanes Florence and Michael hit the North Carolina area. Stay away from Farm Bureau. They write policies that look like you have coverage and you dont. There has to be something wrong when their own employees refuse to take the Farm Bureau policy coverages.
Worst customer service ever. Tried to get insurance, called several times and they would never call back.
We had a horrific experience with this Farm Bureau office - terrible customer service and repeated unreturned phone calls and emails. Six months after establishing our business policy (and paying for it!), they would still not provide us with copies of the policies or declarations pages as required by our bank - we eventually discovered, after harassing them for months and never having our calls returned, that they never submitted our policies to the home office, which is simply gross incompetence. We have since moved our policies elsewhere but would never recommend using Tom Fuller or Jason Snead for your insurance needs.
Horrible customer service, they dont return phone calls or emails and ive still not recieved the mail they said they were going to send me.Its a shame they are like this, i will have to choose a different place or company
Very bad experiences with these people, I asked them to make changes on a policy and drop one of the vehicles because I moved out of state, They never dropped the car off the policy, They also dont know how to use Email or contact there customers, They still have a fax machine I think. Had to dispute dropped coverage with NC state 2 times because of these people. Find a different provider. Do yourself a favor

I have called over 2 weeks and they never return any calls and all I need is 1 quote. Terrible service, Terrible Workers, and if I could rate a 0 as well I would. Do not ask any Farm Bureau in the greensboro area as the other did the same stuff. You have been warned
