Prior to transferring to another agent, I had home and auto insurance with Jim Young for 3-4 years. I had not communicated with Jim until recently as I normally communicated with Kelly. During my conversations with Jim, I have come to the realization that he is an unprofessional, rude, condescending fast talker who clearly is not knowledgeable about anything in regards to policies. Instead of providing information and guidance, he recommends visiting the website, which defeats the purpose of having an agent. I suggest not even wasting time with him and his agency and select another agency.

I have been a client of your office for two years now, and I have appreciated all the of wonderful customer service that I have received, until today. I called to request a copy of my Renters Policy, and to also ask a question regarding the steps of filing a claim against this policy. While my policy was emailed to me as requested, Gerald spoke to me in a very rude and condescending manner, which I did not appreciate. If this is the new type of customer service that your office is promoting, then I will need to find an agent who still utilizes helpful and POLITE customer service practices.Thank you for your time.
