Amber is great! I would recommend her to anyone. I had an issue where my son was in an accident and I couldn’t get any status updates from the claims department (my claims rep would never return my calls). I spoke with Amber and told her what was going on. She reached out to the claims department and called me back and addressed all my concerns and them some in reference to the accident. She also told me if I had anymore questions about my claim to just call her instead of the claims department. If anyone is shopping around for insurance, call Amber. She is the best!!!!!

THIS IS THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY. ANYTIME I NEEDED QUESTIONS ANSWERED I GOT DIFFERENT ANSWERS FROM DIFFERENT PEOPLE FROM THIS OFFICE. EXAMPLE : WAS INFIRMED I WAS BEHIND ON PAYMENT BUT NOT SURE WHEN I MISSED PAYMENT AND SPOKE TO 2 DIFFERENT PEOPLE ABOUT IT AND GAVE IN AND PAID AND CLEARLY ASKED IF I WAS COMPLETELY CAUGHT UP NOW AND PERSON SAID YES. COUPLE WEEKS LATER SOMEONE ELSE EMAILS ME STATING I WAS LATE ON PAYMENT FOR EXACT SAME PAYMENT I MADE. HMMM. I WAS FED UP WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE SO WENT ELSEWHERE AND WANTED TO CANCEL. I EMAIL THE PERSON WHO SENT ME A RECEIPT FROM PAYMENT AND THEY NEVER RESPONDEE SO I CALLED TO CONFIRM I WANTED TO CANCEL. THEY SAY THEY NEEDED MY SIGNATURE, OK, SO THEY EMAIL ME A FORM WHICH I E-SIGNED BUT NOW THEY SAY THEY CANT ACCEPT SIGNATURE. WOW!! AGAIN, PEOPLE IN THAT OFFICE ARE NEVER ON THE SAME PAGE ABOUT ANYTHING!! I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. 🤔

I went in her office with no intention of getting a credit card, because I ALWAYS get denied because of my little to no credit history. But all that changed the day I step foot in her office.
