I have had somewhat of an interesting experience with Vivial. Originally I spoke with Nate and Dave who were very friendly and at the time very responsive. I signed up for their onsite and offsite SEO along with what they call stalker ads. The reason I hired Vivial was so that someone can handle and manage our SEO. The first couple of months were spent doing research. I asked for the onsite recommendations so I can have our web team review them. It took at least 3-4 months before receiving my first and only set of onsite recommendations which I pay for monthly. Once the recommendations were reviewed, our team concluded that the changes Vivial recommended were very elementary and did not relate to the onsite SEO needed for our company. I called and spoke with Dave a few different times mainly expressing to him that I feel like we are not only being overcharged but charged for services we are not receiving. In addition, the offsite SEO and back-linking provided by Vivial has not helped our rankings in anyway. In fact our rankings now are lower than they were before we started with Vivial. Dave (account coordinator) eventually stopped answering my calls so I left a few voicemails asking to cancel. I was charged again and then Dave emailed saying he started a cancelation case. This was 10 days ago and I have not heard from them since. I called and spoke with a supervisor sharing my experience but all I got was the run around and how I signed a 12 month agreement. Part of the agreement was onsite SEO. It has been 10 months and I have not received ANY onsite SEO from Vivial. The supervisor asked to give her a day and she will reach back out to me.. Again, I have not heard from anyone from the Vivial team. The sales staff is great and they will definitely rail you in, but once you sign that agreement, GOOD LUCK!

We have done business with Vivial for the last year and they have set the standard on follow through, customer service, and results!
