This company is really cool. They not only give you the opportunity to gain a lot of experience in a short period of time, but they also give you the opportunity to grow within the company pretty quickly. To me growth and stability are important, and Im able to get both of those here.The company culture at Runnit isnt anything like Ive seen before. It is a very young and energetic environment. The top management in the company takes the time to get to know everyone here which is nothing I have experienced before. The craziest part is they ACTUALLY CARE about your well being. It makes going to work more enjoyable when you feel like youre going to work together with your friends to get stuff done.
