Ive never had a problem with telehealth although I have not visited physically but everyone seems nice and welcoming. I have received alot of help from here, that I wasnt even looking for at first. Thank you guys

My therapist is amazing!

Always an aggravation. From the time my son started at CHD, it’s been difficult. There is an extremely high turnover of staff which has caused my son to have several different therapists over the course of a few years. Now he finally has a decent therapist, and they can’t get his prior authorizations and med refills straight. I will definitely be going to a different agency if his current therapist quits. CSO is much better. They’ve improved tremendously and CHD has gone further downhill.

As a adult client of the Mental Health and Counciling department for 8 some odd years now.I believe the turnover of staff has been mostly for the better. Also the Mental Health field has lots of ways to grow in that particular profession. Also I dont actually think I had heard of anyone being fired yet.Ild like to point out that the vast majority of clients Ive met in in the waiting room seem stable and are quite friendly that expresses that the people behind those doors, I am very ok with the assumption that they are taking care of what needs to be taken care of. These last 2 years have been alot less difficult, I believe due to the staff at CHD and their guidance.As far as the rubber smell in the health and wellness department that indicates either the equipment or supplies are new or well sanitized. Ill be happy dealing with the cent.Im very appreciative that so many services are available under one roof.

Innovation abounds at CHD . However, The excercise equipment is not maintained and the ventilation is poor. This place smells of rubber mats!
