My grandmother hired PuroClean to help rid her house of cigarette odor. The process was seamless. The staff (Wes, Mariah, & Simone) were reliable, punctual, and extremely efficient. To top it off, the results were amazing! the We couldnt recommend this company more. (I do apologize if I got any employee names wrong 😅)

PuroClean just finished water damage clean up and mold removal in our kitchen where our fridge flooded the laminate flooring and soaked through to the OSB subfloor, ruining several cabinets, floors and wall. I was very happy with how quickly Puroclean came in and inspected what needed to be done, and then very quickly came to set up a safe and sealed containment area in the kitchen to keep our family safe while they dried, treated and removed the water damage.I had great confidence in Everett and his experience, he had a plan and knew what had to come out versus what could be saved. They used a professional air scrubber machine and cleaned thoroughly when they were done. I loved how after they left, I didnt have to clean up after them. His team of Mariah, Jeff, Eli and Jen were here very quickly to get the job started, and in only 2 days the flooded area of the kitchen was dry, cleaned and free of mold. Everett and Beth were also very helpful in working with our insurance company to document damage, and make sure we were taken care of.This team was friendly, honest, hard working, and quick! When a flood disaster happens, these guys are awesome!

I had been working in my yard, planting flowers and watering for several hours. When I came into my home I had water everywhere due to a broken water pipe. My bedroom carpet was soaked, on the other side of that wall my hardwood floors had water standing everywhere. My large area rugs a large oriental carpet and a large berber rug were soaked with water. PuroClean sent someone out within an hour of my call for help. They took my soaked area rugs and pads out to have cleaned and set up all of the drying equiptment to keep my hardwood floors from warping and pulled up my wall to wall bedroom carpet. After 5 days, all water was dried up and they came an got the equipment. Several days later they came and cleaned the water stain out of my bedroom carpet. I could not be more pleased with the results of their service and the professionalism of their people. I would highly recommend them, should you need any of their services!

PuroClean stayed in regular contact with me regarding this restoration project. They liaison with the insurance company directly with no difficulty. Their 3 person crew arrived on time on date, were outgoing and friendly, discussed all aspects of the work they were going to perform and why. They performed the drying out and removal work quickly, took lots of pictures and cleaned up afterwards. They returned the next day as scheduled to take care of some follow up items. We had a pipe burst overnight and the kitchen and basement flooded. PuroClean was here within 2 hours and immediately started removing waterlogged drywall and installation. They came back every day until all affected material was removed. Consequently we never had a mold problem or even a smell. They put in fans and dehumidifiers that stayed for over 2 weeks until everything was completely dry. They were able to save my basement carpet. They moved furniture out and put it back in again, then deep cleaned the basement and cleaned the carpets. The only thing they didnt do was drywall and paint. They dont offer that service, but I wish they did!Throughout the whole process, they were professional and courteous. They worked with our insurance adjuster to make the process smooth. Donna did the cleaning and she worked very hard to make sure it was better than ever.I cant say enough good things about these guys. I would give them 10 stars if I could. They made a very stressful situation bearable. Thank you PuroClean!!!

We are so grateful for the super fast response when our sump pump went out at 2:00 a.m. due to losing power during a torrential downpour of a storm! Our sump pump had been out for hours and we werent able to pull water off fast enough to keep up. Our sump pit was on the verge of spilling over until Everett came to our rescue a portable generator to get our sump pump working again. Did I mention it was 2am?! Great company!

I had a water leak in my home I was selling while we were under contract with buyers. Our closing date was coming up quickly and we had 15,000gallons of water to contend with. Puroclean was recommended to me from Allstate and they were GREAT to work with. With a really horrible situation to deal with; they definitely made it easier. Ryan called me everyday before he got to the house to explain what they were going to do, and called every time he left to give me an update with the progress. He took the time to answer every question I had (there were a lot of them). I would definitely not suggest having a big water leak (ha), but if you do... I definitely DO recommend this company. I also liked that there was one contact person to work with throughout the whole process. That way, I didnt have to explain my story every time. They got the house dried out and the demo done... we were able to renovate in time for Closing on the sale of the home. Thank goodness!

Great service, great quality work, and very reliable. I had a sewage backup and after contacting them they sent a crew out even though it was late after hours. This company is great. I had a house fire and they were at my house same day to begin their work. The calls from Mariah and Everett regarding updates and progress were detailed. Top notch company!! They arrived within an hour of being called after the fire with a crew and all supplies needed to make the house secure. It had been quitting time for these guys and some were even part way home...we really appreciated it! They cut pieces of plywood to fit each window (all were broken out while putting out the fire) and door, screwing them in place. We also used PuroClean to do some clean-up afterward. We werent sure whether we would be repairing or selling, but asked them to remove water from basement (no electric for sump pump after fire) and to just remove burned debris and carpets/vinyl so that flooring could dry. Communication with Jeff Rush was excellent and timely (never waited long for replies to questions), and the pricing on the estimate was reasonable. Their crew arrived on time, ready to work, and were very friendly and easy to work with...very professional. They sent enough people to do the job in a reasonable amount of time and were helpful and polite. The guys worked quickly and did a great job. I would highly recommend PuroClean. Great job!!
