In & out quickly with a beautiful haircut. Booking online ahead of time meant I didnt have to wait for a chair to open. I have long hair and got a fabulous cut for under $20; highly recommend!

The stylist Rachel at the Greenfield location is great! Shes fast and efficient and goes the extra mile on my hair. They did raise their prices though which are quite a bit higher than what they used to be.

DO NOT GO!!! Would have left zero if possible!!! Checked in online than watched 3 people that just walked in go ahead of me go and start getting their hair cut. After about 35 minutes of waiting the other lady finally asks me are you waiting or waiting for someone? So after 10 more minutes I finally get my hair cut. The lady proceeds to cut several inches off my hair that I didn’t ask for. So all in all a horrible experience. The whole issue with the waiting, than my hair being cut inches shorter then asked, getting cut multiple times with the clippers and my hair looking very uneven. AGAIN UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR HAIR MUTILATED DON’T GO!!!Received a call from the manager the next day who was able to explain what had happened and why I was skipped in line. She offered for me to return so she could try to even my hair and offer me a refund very pleased with her service. People like her keep the business going.

We have been going to this location for roughly two years now. We always go see Shaniqua for a haircut. She may take slightly longer than the average stylist but she is extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

I get good hair cuts here and will come back. They also have many hair products for sale like; shampoo, conditioner, and other stuff too. The hair cuts are not cheep though.

Here is where I go to get my usual hair cut. The employees here are very friendly and always in a good mood. They are very skilled and I always leave happy with my cut!

Mia was absolutely amazing! She understood exactly what I wanted and delivered too! She was top-line salon quality with the inexpensive cost of supercuts. I will most definitely be going back there and recommending it to all my friends. To all of you that are upset that you are a walk in customer - just think of it as the same set up as a doctors office. Do you really just walk in and expect immediate help? I also saw some of the best customer service I have seen in a long time. Moral of the story - I would 100% recommend then to any one.

Besides technology service being useless and unreliable, I actually enjoyed my first-time experience with a professional hair service. There were only two staff members working and they were able to service to my needs. If I were able to choice my ratings, I would give them 11 stars for their service.

I have just experienced my worse hair cut ever. I was there almost 90 minutes in the chair. Signed in at 5:50 and left at 7 : 20. I was the only customer until 7 pm. My haircut went from stylish to flat hot mess. Ive been there before. No more. I wont be back. She knew I was not satisfied. She said nor offered nothing! I actually cried when I walked out the doorIts been 3 days. Still no word back from the company. Emailed them for a reufund

Been getting my hair colored & cut here for some time now & the stylists are friendly & know what theyre doing.

Extremely bad. Needs to learn how to cut hair. My grandson wanted a military hair cut. Doesnt come close to it. Maybe she needs to goback to school for training. Things change in 50 years.

Online check in is a waste. Everytime I check in online I end up waiting close to a hour after time scheduled, many times they are confused and take walkins before scheduled check ins. They do a fine job once your seen but scheduling is extremely frustrating.

Great cut, but when did the prices go up?

Had my hair cut and eye brows waxed. 1st off I should have left after the brow waxing cuz they waxed off a chunk into my eye brow which looks really weird, the lady didnt even do proper measurements before starting. To top if off they butchered my hair, cut into my hairline plus cut my neck all up. I went in hoping to get the same person I had the last time which it seems they have a revolving door for stylists. Do not go here!!!!

Although they dont take appointments, you can check in on line with the app.

Walked in at 4:15, couldnt get a haircut because they closed at 5.
