Wow! Amazing service! Went above and beyond. Very knowledgeable and professional. Walked me through the different options and pricing in a way that wasn’t like they were trying to sell me something I didn’t need. They fixed and diagnosed a problem another company was going to charge me many $1000s more to do. They are now my go to HVAC company.

Very personable. During our service call, everything explained well. We have been on their service plan fornyears and have always been satisfied. Prices very reasonable and you feel like you are a person not a number.

They were able to come same day I called. Unfortunately I ended up needing a new furnace. Old one was a dinosaur anyway! Had a brand new one installed today now AC is going again! GREAT JOB!

What an awesome experience. Timely. Affordable. Even waited on us to get back home when they arrived a little before us. They made a broken furnace, on the coldest Indiana day in four years, short lived and not so bad. Will never be going anywhere else. HIGHLY recommend.

They have done excellent work on a difficult replacement of a furnace and AC unit in an older Irvington home. We upgraded to a heat pump . . . we saved on the install over competitors quotes and saved in energy costs as well. We have a yearly maintenance agreement and the timing of service scheduling and service work has been excellent.Good people, honest, hard working, and knowledgeable group.

S & S has been wonderful. If you live in Greenfield, this is a company you can trust. I have worked with this company for over 10 years and they, including the owner on two occasions, have saved me several times when my furnace stopped working in below freezing weather and once when I was out of state. They have made affordable repairs and worked with me on different options and I never felt pressure sales as I have with other companies when you have a crisis and the only option provided to you is to replace furnace.
