PEC has provided a turnkey process for us to ship customer packages and process customer returns to Amazon etc. The software works well and their tech and help desk has been very good when needed. We used UPS Worldship before but the PEC program has allowed us to expand our shipping options for our customers.

We are recently new to Package Express Center but our experience has been great. Anytime we have a question about anything, they are just a phone call away and very friendly and helpful all the time. They are always calling and making sure we are doing okay and give us tips on what we can do to improve our service. I had ordered a hat and it came a week later then it said it would have been delivered and when it arrived the hat in the package was all bent like the brim of the hat and had been smashed like a bigger and heavier box or package was set on it like the delivery guy didn’t care. I understand I can return and get a different one but them drivers don’t care as much as y’all think.

Adding again-AWFUL- waste of time and effort as well as moneyAWFUL-shipping costs in some cases nearly DOUBLED versus our UPS account when we switched to Package Express. Our customers were very upset.Package Express answer when I asked about higher costs was pretty much tough. I then called UPS directly to inquire about the huge price increase. They were surprised that we even went through PEC. They even asked why did you go through them?Package Express had indicated that we were required to go through them as UPS had contracted with them do all the drop centers. This was not true.Our town is much better off without them here. I know they are soliciting other businesses around me as well.They then charged $524 to my credit card also. Terrible experience.Avoid this company at all cost.

Great Customer Service. Easy to work with. Process was painless. FALSEHave to retract my first google review. It has been 5 months no check from them. Was told if I left a review I would receive a credit. We you cant even receive a check so no credit. Keep placing the blame on UPS. Sales rep is now yelling at me over the phone. We have just started working with PEC, they have made becoming a UPS shipping location easy. Customer service has been excellant with the few questions that we have had, they had answered most question before we even got involved in the process. We are in a small community and were losing our UPS shipping location in 2 weeks so they rushed our application so that we were up and running within 4 days of the other location closing.

McKays #9 in Reedsport, Oregon is a package express center, and so far we have had a positive experience with PEC. Our customers like having the service provided to them and they can get their shopping done as well making daily errands just a little bit easier. We are also the only UPS drop off site for half an hour in either direction making it a convenient, local stop.

Horrible service that misleads you and then does ZERO to help you. Losing money with their solution. On top of that they tried to run a large unauthorized charge on my credit card. Avoid this company at all cost. They had a software update that didnt work that kept me down 4 days. Horrible service.UPDATE: Finally out of this horrible contract. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am putting a website up to make sure my story is heard loud and clear. I was mislead, lost money, and executives refused to help in the least bit. Crooked, horrible company !!!

My store The Printery in Waverly, Iowa became a Package Express Center in late July. We had previously been a UPS shipper, but the costs were very high. Becoming a Package Express Center has allowed us to have much lower costs and we are happy to be making a profit on UPS shipping now! The team at Package Express Centers headquarters is amazing! Recently started with Package Express Center at the company I work for and I can honestly say that it is one of the most covenant ways to ship.

Let me preface and specify that the move to utilize PEC was a bit tougher than expected; however, it all worked out in the end. Back in July 2018, we attempted to sign up our small mom and pop shop in an area of 5,000+ residents with *no* access to UPS around for nearly 30 miles.My PEC sales representative and I went back and forth, because he was being told that our small population wasnt enough to sustain the PEC model. I pleaded my case several times over to note that our customer base welcomed this move, and wanted this established.After, literally months, of back and forth, we were approved in October 2018..... since that time, weve SKYROCKETED our business, both with UPS and general merchandise. Even with my monthly call with my PEC Sales Rep, hes been blown away by the numbers weve been able to produce.Weve had days with 50+ packages, but always average around 15 packages a day (both prepaid and shipment label produced).Not only has the relationship with PEC boosted our shipment sales, but its increased our foot traffic substantially. Many of those who stop in to drop off a pre-paid package come in and say Oh, wow, I didnt even realize you were here, prompting them to browse our storefront. Of those who find our store based on package drop offs alone, we maintain approximately a 41.8% return rate of those who utilize our store for other products and services.
