As far as employment goes, this is a horrible place to work. Management is extremely unprofessional and there is 0 stability. These people will not hesitate to leave you on shift when your relief doesnt show up. They also put employees in danger by taking on dangerous individuals. Please take my advice and save yourself the trouble.

Dont work for these people they will mess ur pay up just to have u calling and being upset. This place needs to be shut down. The office people talk down to their staff and will not help out what so ever and never willing to answer a question. They dont pay enough and they move u around like ur cattle once u get comfortable just to show u that their in charge.

Very high stress and long hours. If the house you go to is understaffed be prepared to work 7 days a week and 70 hours a week. If your house is staffed then youll just get your 40 hours. Good and bad place to work depending on the individual in which you take care of. Some individuals will lie on you if they are higher functioning and you will be put under investigation by the state and wont be able to work until investigation is cleared. Everyones experience can be different which I didnt have the best experience but it did teach me a lot. Like I said it all depends on the home and the individual, you can actually make a difference in someones life. The hours and pay is exceptional as support solutions pay average is a little higher than the other agencies. Management is okay but room for much improvement. Take my comment as a grain of salt for your career at support could be different than mine. Youll either love or hate it and thats a 50-50 chance youll have to decide for yourself. Cudos!

Abuse clients and threaten you when you try to tell management what’s going on.
