The cleanest laundromat I have ever used. I will gladly pay a quarter extra to wash my clothes here. They have bathrooms that are clean as well. A nice picnic table outside for sitting and plenty of setting inside. I have been here three times and all three visits, someone had been here cleaning and restocking. I do recommend.

I came into this laundromat been a faithful customer at least once a week. This week I come in past the owner talking to other ppl as I am waiting on my clothes to wash I am questioned by the owner if I am doing laundry. Well two things happened when he approached me like he so much better than me Ill never use this laundromat and I see way you treat your customers.

Clean, easy, machines take card, they have free wifi, and it doesnt bother me to leave my clothes while i run other errands. Great laundry mat

This has nice machines and a TV running, I wish I could rate it higher but some of the front loaders in the front row had visible mold growing in them. I used some of the smaller front loaders and the top loaders instead.I saw the attendant walking and sweeping, seemed like a nice man. But I also saw him promptly closing the front loaders that were finished. This Im sure contributes to the problem.When more people came and those moldy machines were being used, it smelled musty in the place.Nice folding tables, restroom, everything. They could use a wash tub in the main room.

I will never go anywhere else to do my laundry! The owners are amazing we have interacted on multiple occasions for a variety of things and they have always been incredibly helpful and kind! They keep it clean daily and the machines work great!

Machines are on the small side for the prices. Ive asked if they need someone to wash, dry, iron, and hang clothes at any of their stores and get egnorrrd. But it gets the job done

Very very clean! Nice sitting area outside with a cute cactus for anyone who smokes. Free wifi. Bathrooms! The price was a bit steep at $4.50 for the washers.. but they were very quick. Nice atmosphere! I was very pleasantly surprised! Will definitely be back if needed. As far as covid.. they do have a list on the door of things to consider.. but it asked for people to sit in their cars while waiting, which was no problem.. we do that anyways. Definitely suggest this little place!

Really clean and nice facility. All the machines worked fine. I found it safe enough to run, to the store, while my clothes dried. I love the fact that they have the credit card machine. It makes it very convenient. Prices a little steep, &3.25 - 5.25 to wash. Drying is reasonable, though.

This is by far the cleanest laundromat that I have ever been to and I’ve been traveling all over the country. Affordable, clean, convenient and managed by people who actually care about the customers and their business, what more could you ask?

Equipment is in good condition. Laundromat is well kept.+50 cents per load for hot and the water is not hot. If they gonna charge u extra for hot water it should be hot. That and one of the dryers I used the temp selector wouldnt work.

Ive been coming here for a few months now at least once a week, often twice. Ive spent a lot of money here and have now been waiting on a refund for a month for a machine that went out while my clothes were still in it. Ive been in contact with the woman who handles that part and at one point said she had gotten busy because her daughter got married one weekend but hadnt forgot. I said congratulations and thank you for remembering. Still have not received the refund. Texted her again this evening and she responded with asking who it was since she didnt recognize my number. All that means is that she deleted the messages between us and has no plans of refunding me the money for the washer. Honesty, it is NOT that difficult to mail a $5 bill to someone. Ill be looking for a new laundromat now which is a shame because this one really is nice but I dont appreciate how this was handled.

First of all let me say to the owner thank you so much for giving us a place that is so well kept and so clean, thank you.This location is open 24 hours which makes it extremely nice you can miss the crowds. I hope the customers that come here appreciate what they have and do their part to take care of this location. I travel a lot and this is one of the very few places I have visited that that is this well kept. This location is equipped with a coin changer for coin operation or you can use your credit/ debit card to pay at the machine.

Its close and convenient, its unusual that when you use your debit card for a washing machine or the dryer, it takes out double until youre done using the machines then youre not charge double, its like a temporary deposit.

I came from Jonesborough (25 min drive) to use a washer and dryer to clean a King size over large comforter. When I came in I was totally impressed how nice it was! Compared to the laundromats in Jonesborough which are so poorly runned down I was extremely impressed with Old Stage Wash House. If you have anything to be cleaned stop by to use their facilities you won’t be disappointed. Well cleaned bathrooms and laundromat is very nicely cleaned. They also have credit card on washer and dryer to use if you don’t have change. Be aware there’s an extra $3.00 charge to use. There was no sign to say an extra charge would be used if you chose to use the credit card option. I found that out after looking at my account. Other than that Old Stage Wash House is a nice place to do your laundry.

First time customer. I swiped my bank card for a wash machine and was declined, but when I checked my account there was a charge pending for three washes. When I called service I got an answering machine and no replies. I wound up borrowing coins from someone to do my laundry.
