Very clean establishment with friendly personnel. Superb monthly pricing for my college student daughter. Best rate in town AND the most equipment. Additionally, the no-contract policy was the final win-over which works great for my daughter as she is not in town during the school semesters! My daughter was super happy with her choice of the Gville Fit Club!

First time back in 7 years and I loved it. 24 hours 7 days a week, good people, great equipment. Get big!

Highly recommend!! I personally see the place cleaned in the mornings. Everything is clean, floor, equipment, and bathrooms. The equipment is nice and is by far the best place to lift weights in Greene County!!

Recently moved to area, called looking for rates, since their Website prices have not been up dated since back in 2014. Gal who answered didnt seem happy quoting prices, like pulling teeth. Not sure, but if you dont want to be bothered by calls, for rates, seems youd take time to up date your website. I joined the Y, better deal..less attitude..

I like the fact that they play awesome workout music. I like the mirrors, very clean, very friendly staff (which really surprised the hell out of me given the fact that Greeneville is not a very friendly town unfortunately) I was impressed by their membership prices....but they are going to raise them in September.Cons: the equipment is very old and weathered. The membership fees are going up, I understand that profit has to be made, but improvement should also be made to updating the worn equipment to compensate for the increase in fees. Overall I would rate 3.5 out of 5. There is room for improvement. God bless

Used to be a good gym. Then the little boys took over. These are the people who work their and their little friends. Instead of taking care of customers and I dont know maybe cleaning the gym once in a while they spend all day working out and hogging the equipment. I know you are supposed to take turns but I honestly think they intentionally get on and stay on equipment to run off people who are not in their little cliques. When they are not working out they are yelling screaming using profanity are playing music that goes f this f that and talking about drugs. Please let an adult take over!!!!

Visited wit my daughter. Staff distant. Her trainer was sweet. The zooms lady was very nice and welcoming as well. Seemed clean.

Poor customer service.The management is not customer oriented. Will not address real issues concerning the club. 4 out of the 7 treadmills currently are out of order. In general the machines are old and not very well maintained. One of the weight benches is rickety and unstable. Locker rooms are not cleaned regularly. Showers are dirty. Last month one of the two toilets in the mens locker room was out of order for over a week. Buyer be aware!
