This is a terrible company. When the delivery driver brings furniture then breaks a tool of in the furniture they give the run around for months and months about fixing it. 13 months later they send the same guys out to repair and they put a whole in the wood. When the account is paid off in full and 3 months later you seen to owe another $400. come on. no one is that stupid...

I love Badcock... Everytime Im there someone meets me at the door as Im coming in to make sure all my needs are meet! Everyone is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their products! Their delivery team is amazing as well and take care in not only ensuring youre satisfied with your product after setup but also that you are satisfied with where it is put!!! I recommend anyone and everyone I know here!

Do not use Babcock for anything. I purchased a living room set for over $3,000. The recliner stopped working and they ordered the part to fix it and said it would be 4-6 weeks until it came in. I had to call back after 6 weeks and they tell me they no longer make the parts for my furniture. I had purchased the furniture protection plan but couldn’t get it fixed. I was told to come in and they would exchange it for another one. But if costs more than what you paid, you have to pay the extra, if it cost less than what you paid for the piece, you still have to pay the price of the more expensive one. My recliner was purchased for $600 and they wanted to trade me for one that cost $398. But I would still have to pay the $600 for the $398 recliner. Badcock is a rip-off and a joke. STEER CLEAR!!!

Good company...but the way they handle Warrantys could definitely use a little bit of work.

I needed to rebuild credit. I heard about badcock from a friend. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. They understood my situation very well. Cheyenne was my sales rep. She was very patient and determined to ensure I got what I wanted. There was a guy that helped us too. I didn’t catch his name but he was a manager obviously if not the gm. He was very savvy like he’d been there forever. Very nice people. They belong in customer service.

All of my experiences at the Greeneville, Tennessee store have been excellent. Much of my home has been furnished with Badcock products.

Came to Badcock in Greenville looking for a couch and loveseat set and was greeted almost immediately. We didnt want to be hounded as some places do so we told the man (Wade) we just wanted to look around and if we had questions we would call for him, Wade our salesman gave us the freedom that we needed to walk around and in so doing that we walked out with an amazingly soft set that we love!!
