Prices were great. Service and equipment not so much. They double booked the bit we needed and never offered an apology or discount. So we had to rent the bit from another company. Then the skid steer broke after 45mins of use. They offered to switch it out but weren’t willing to wait a few minutes for us to get there before they left. So the whole weekend was wasted and we were out the $30 from the other rental place for the double booked bit. I will say they gave us a full refund in the end but I will not be going back. Also, even if you live within 30mins of their shop but aren’t in Greene county, they don’t want your business. I know because he told me personally.

This is by far the cheapest rental company in Green County or Washington and unicoi county residents should definitely use these guys for their needs when renting equipment. The deposits are cheaper and they include the trailer at no extra cost which is what should happen. I called every other rental company in East Tennessee looking for a skid steer on short notice and they were the only company that had one and was very helpful!

I rented a bushhog I had to tame a lawn that hadnt been mowed in 3 years and it want through it like it was a pieces of soggy cake, I thought it would take 4 hours and it only took 2, what I didnt like is sometimes the wheels would just spin and the hog didnt move so I had to push or pull it to get it unstuck, other then that it did the job great.

Got what you need to get stuff done.

Very unprofessional. Equipment is not maintenanced. Had the mower for under an hour and belt broke. Rental agreement requires you pay for things such as a belt breaking or flat tire. I would give a rating of zero if possible. Tried to give another mower that was just returned. The mower still had grass on it from previous rental. It was obvious the mower had not been cleaned.

Mostly got what you need to get the job done and good people to work with recommended highly.
