Professional, thorough, knowledgeable staff whom (unlike most other staffing agencies) conduct interviews with job candidates. Qualified staff is attentive to the needs and skills of the job seeker, promoting optimal job placement.Staff follows company rules and regulations: background checks are done on all applicants; in-house drug screens are performed before starting an assignment ( staff IS knowledgeable of drug screening procedures and results).Quite a bit of paperwork; the usual new job stuff, various insurance forms, detailed skills checklist, work history and references, agency policy and procedure/workplace safety, all of which is completed on the computer at the office.This is NOT the average temporary service that quickly hires every applicant who walks through the door! They are professionals, and are very capable of matching qualified job seekers with a really good job that could lead to a career!
