John and his wife are thorough about the job they do, they make sure you leave satisfied and wanting to come back again. Awesome people! My iPhone stopped working after a routine update. My phone was about 20 days past its warranty. Although it could not be fixed, the ladies spent 2 hours on the phone with Apple and talked Apple into giving me a free replacement. They even stayed past closing time to make sure I was taken care of. They earned a lifetime customer and as many referrals as I can possibly give. Thanks!

Actually I rate it zero stars. Took my sons Nintendo DS in to repair hinge on face plate. they had the system for almost two months and I had to call them repeatedly to see if they repaired it and usually got a runaround. I finally just went in and asked for it back. and now it wont even turn on because they broke the ribbon. Plus the face plate is no longer aligned with the control buttons. the game system is now garbage.No apology or refund.
