Super great place, got here 4 hours before my 1330 apt time and told to wait, 1 hour later Im in a dock. Kinda weird but Ill take it. And yes its a 10 speed

My appointment was for 330 pm I got here at like 730am was put at a dock right away and loaded in 45 minutes!!! This place is a truckers dream!!! You have to call the number on the door to get a dock and the warehouse your going to but its smooth and very fast. Very nice people

Picked a load from here at night time. Quick & easy loading, but docking area is little tight. You have to call in to check in & they will provide you with a dock number to back it up to. Overall good experience. Loaded within 2 hours.

Man these guys are something to talk about😂😂😂 Appointment at 1500 read you guys reviews, and said let me just try this...... Took of that way at 0900 made it at 0930, a bit of confusing but you’ll find the right building...... Go there checked in got a door immediately and within 35 mins I was getting a call that my paperwork and seal was in the trailer and that I’m good to go....... Man I’ll load at this place in a heartbeat just great.........

I have come here many times and I have never been lucky enough to be given the door an hour before or on time and I do not treat shipping

Covid update: Main entrance is directly in front of the rail toad tracks, pull in, go up to the door next to the docks, call the phone number corresponding to your appointment time and they will direct you which one of their buildings to pull to (all right there in front of you) and what dock of that building to go to. Once done, they will call you to let you know when theyre done and will put your paperwork in the trailer.

Good people very tight shipping dock. If they are busy you may have a few hours to wait. You can call ahead and see if you can pickup early. They may send you to one of their other warehouses and pick up. If so get good directions. The roads in the area are tight.

Pick up here several times a week usually. The guys are great. Usually are loaded very quick. Came in one morning about 8 there was four trucks at the dock and 5 trucks in front of me was still loaded and out of there within an hour. They do have several warehouses and your load maybe at one of the other warehouses but all are within five minutes of the main Warehouse.

Quick to load and they will let you park on the property outside the fence to do your 10-hour break yay

Great people here. They are busy and sometimes not busy at all. Docking is decent, not too awful. Loaded reasonably quick, and a scale right up the road at ETI. Cant beat it. CATCH A LOAD TO THE BILTMORE ESTATE! (Inside joke)

The only challenge is finding the right building. its the second one from the road. It was busy, cant sit in your truck, have to turn in your key, but man can they load fast. I liked this place.

Worst place i have every been its really hot in there not much venlation one of the supervisor smelled of liquor and marijuana and im pretty sure he was outside smoking it when i pulled up in my opinion he shouldnt be running a shift or be able to be allowed on a fork lift like that

I manage a trucking company in charlotte and we had one of our drivers go to Sopakco and pick up 7 export loads in late February 2018. 1 per day for 7 business days. They loaded him up in a very timely manner every single time and no issues were commented by our driver. Based on this their shipping dept really seems to have their act together. They are a vast warehouse for many customers and by the looks of the BOLs they were loads of Bushs beans. Im sure from the large plant they have near Sevierville, TN no doubt. All I can really comment is on the shipping dept at Sopakco and they seem top notch for any truckers going their to pick up or deliver freight.

For shipping follow huge sign. Go between buildings 1 and 2 along tracks park and walk across docks to man door.

You wait around to get checked in then you usually have to drive to another place to get loaded. All buildings seem to be across the railroad trackfrom the main road. Truck cant see to get out without stopping on RR Tracks.

Took me in early and got me out fast . Overnight parking only by Warehouse 10 ( MECO ) about 1/2 mile down the road, near overpass/bridge.

Limited parking, very narrow road going in and out of facility, muddy parking and dock area. Vending machines were not working properly in the required driver waiting area.

Loads are heavy.Was loaded within 1hr.

They work you to much for the pay.
