The lady’s in there are very helpful and very nice.

The woman who was working was super rude and her attitude was horrible. Some customer service skills should be required when working with the public. I’m not looking for special treatment but a little decency and manners goes a long way! Needless to say we took our business somewhere else.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this place. The women working there seem to assume some ill intent from the customers. I came there to receive money from Western Union and filled up the form with all requirements. One of the attendants refused my form saying it was incomplete. I had the full name of the sender, the transaction number, the amount expected, my full name and our addresses. The attendant insisted that it was incomplete but she could not tell me what was missing. I was totally baffled not understanding what could be possibly missing, and she refused to tell me what it was. I had to go all the way back home, miss my bank open time, call my sender and ask her all the info again, which checked with all that I already had. I took the exact same form I had filled up for these folks to K-Mart instead and I received my money there without any problems. So, these women at this place are nuts, and rude. Ill never go back there again and recommend nobody to use this place.
