I love this place but for the monthly charge you think you are getting a “GREAT” deal. However usually by the time I’m getting off work they are closing and I never get to use what I’m paying monthly for. Also my daughter pays monthly here and I thought it happened to just me we both own black cars and when on the interstate of course bugs will hit the front of a car. The employees seem like they are wiping the front bumper and window but once the air dries it those bugs are smashed and dried in.Why would they NOT WIPE THE BUGS OFF? Just asking

I really like going here to wash my car. Most of the staff is on the ball and doing great most of the time. My biggest issue is some of the vacuum cleaning bays. The vacuums get clogged up, constantly. No one will clean one theyve clogged up and then I make the mistake of parking there. The other issue I have is people not having Fast Pass, using the Fast Pass lane when they must make a purchase then we all must wait until they get a sticker in order to move forward. Maybe if theyd move the screen down closer to the second car in line to give time for an employee to retrieve a sticker and keep the line moving more smoothly. 🙄 People dont think. I would also open on Sundays. The Savior attended Sabbath and went to Temple when the Jewish people did, not Sunday the first day of the week on every Gregorian calendar in the world.

I love this place because the wash, shine, and dry are thorough. Plus they have free vacuuming with purchase of a carwash. They also provide bottles of window cleaner and towels to clean inside your car as well. I lost a couple dollars in the Armour All/air freshener dispenser, thats the only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5.

This is a great place for the value. Ive used them for years. Ive recently discontinued my membership because I get a new scratch every time I use the wash. Nothing big, but enough for me to stop using them. I drive a black vehicle, so its imminent that Ill get scratches, period. If youre washing a black vehicle, Id stay away, otherwise Id use them daily!

They need to do a little more Detail on the outside of the Vehicles.. Otherwise it was a Good Job..

This place is not busy, the staff acted like is was a struggle to work. When I went to get a towel, both towel tubs were empty. Obviously, that would also be a great effort to get clean towels out. I have unlimited and this is the first wash I have been to that didnt have any available towels. Management needs to reevaluate their staff.

OMG, considering I was paying $10 a drive through car wash, Im thrilled with this concept! Never seen it anywhere else. LOVE IT!!

What I love about this car wash is the unlimited vacuum cleaner use. The car wash is a little more expensive than a quarter wash but you do get what you pay for. Your car comes out clean and shiny then you can use the vacuum for as long as you want to.

Busy at lunch, good solid wash n wax got sticky oak tree residue off well, vacuuming was a breeze, lots of power.

I paid $20 for wash, wax and tire spray and tthe tire stuff slung oily stuff all down the passenger side of my car only. I don’t go to the passenger side of my car or drive very often so I didn’t see it for about 10days. When I called the guy said oh yeah just tell them no tire shine. My car is silver so I guess people with dark colored cars don’t see it. It caused my husband to have to look at things to see if he could find out where it came from. I have black on the lower portion of my vehicle and it’s all over that too. So he said it needed about five minutes to dry but no one told me that and he said I waited to many days for another wash or them to get it off. Very unprofessional if they know it happens but don’t make it right. I liked using them but never get the tire shine, sadly I won’t ever use them again. Very poor customer service.

A little expensive in my opinion for a drive thru car wash. Although you can get less functions of the wash for less money.

Cant imagine why I havent gone here sooner, with the exception of its a little pricey. But, with the ability to get a great wash, I could vacuum with a pointed tool to get tide tough spots, clean my windows, run my mats through the vacuum machine, I was pretty happy. The black on my tires stayed longer than the bottled ones.

The prices are good but they arent very thorough when spraying the bottom sides of your car and the tire shine slings all up the sides when you drive. They have free vacuums and a cart with spray and rags for you to use.

Nice car wash do a great job only thing I dont think they should close when it starts raining a little bit our cars are still dirty and muddy and need to be cleaned and I do drive out of my way to get there it sucks when it starts to rain and they close it. Its not like the workers are outside they are inside a building theyre not going to get wet.

They have multiple locations and every other one except this one does good. This one is junk. Nothing ever works right. Something is always tore up. Have called and voiced my concerns multiple times and nothing ever gets fixed.

This place is just terrible. I spend all this money to still have a dirty truck. I have to get out and touch up the outside and then do all the work on the inside. It only takes about 3 minutes to run through their wash and a half hour to finish the work yourself. I miss the Auto Spa before Bill retired.

Car wash is shut down quite a bit. My front, back and lowers sides remain dirty. I’ve been to other ones and this doesn’t happen.

Great car wash did a really nice job the entrances employees was able to remove or antenna after we forget to ourselves the truck was quite muddy and the held us at the start to get all the big stuff that would’ve got missed

I have the monthly plan! I pay 20 bucks and can use it every day! The other guys prices keep going up. I hear it is like 12 bucks a wash for the same thing I get unlimited of! And vacuum and glass cleaner is included. Also, they have clean towels to use to dry or wipe your car with. Ive seen people use them for everything. Also on the right side they have a floor mat cleaner. You just put it in and it comes out pretty clean! Ive been using for 3 months now and Im very satisfied! My husband does the same for his car as well. I just wish they had a family plan where you would just have 1 charge come out a month instead of 2 at different times since my husband signed up a week after me cause he was impressed!

For $7 I got the outside of my vehicle clean, and then I was able to vacuum the interior, clean the windows, tires and elsewhere without being pushed to hurry up because other people are waiting. Too bad car washes werent like this in the 80s and 90s I couldve saved a lot of money. One of the employees was able to help me get rid of chewing gum in the carpet. That was a blessing, because it couldve been an ugly mess.

I take my van there to get it washed but it seems like it dont get it as clean as it used to. Theres always spot on the back of the van that doesnt get clean and the wheels dont get clean. I dont know about you all but if Im paying 20 bucks I want it clean.

This is a decent car wash. The staff has been friendly the few times in have went. When I have a coupon it never works outside and they have to come and get your card and take it inside. It gets my car pretty clean. For the price they should have someone to vacuum it out also, but the vacuums are included in the price of the wash. I was impressed at how shiny my tires were.

Wife told me about this place. Being winter time and just buying a new car, I decided to splurge for a month of fast pass. Tried it out yesterday and am happy so far. Nice vacuuming area with towels for drying and glass cleaning. I will check back at the end of the month and update.

Free vacuuming is available and the one in Greeneville Tennessee has been letting me vacuum my car out without paying for a car wash. You definitely cant find that elsewhere. This is where I always come and wash my car. The recent time I went the guy forgot to turn on the light and started screaming at me because my car wasn’t in neutral. Other then this one bad time it is a great place to go.

We have the monthly plan. Have tried 3 of the locations and all are about the same quality. Usually no lines during the week. Unlimited vacuuming and spray/towles are available. Good value if you wash your car at least every week.

We have the pay once a month program,,, the last 2 visits we of poor quality.. we hav a SUV.. last wash left the entire rear of our vehicle dirty.. todays visit the tire shine didnt work at all and the rear was again dirty.. quality has left the building.. reconsidering my loyalty .. a different carwash is just south near Publix

If you have a wiper blade on the back window of your car and the plastic sleeve is not put over it the rotating brushes can catch it and literally rip it off your car they have forgot to place one on my car twice I have dropped my window and told the person they had not put the sleeve on my wiper and then today the car in front of me never got the plastic placed on theirs wiper which if there wiper is ripped from their car it could do damage to my car with the wiper in the brushes. Other than that it’s a great car wash, please remind your employees how important to put that plastic over the back wiper

I always get the manager special. Does a decent job cleaning but still leaves a few dirt spots on my truck that I have to clean by hand. Thats the reason for three stars. I love the free vacuum.

Back wiper cover ripped off and broken because sleeve wasn’t put on. I filled out form and was told manager would call next day. Employee said I can tell you right now manager is not going to replace it. I never got a phone call from manager! Horrible experience... never again.

We will not continue using this car wash since the basic car wash increased from $5 to $8 over the last couple of years. That is very disappointing...60% increase?? Even one of the employees mentioned this realizing that a lot of business may now be lost.

Its not as great as when it first opened. I went thru yesterday on my way home from picking up dinner and ended up having to wipe down several remaining dirty places. I really thought that the $18 wash wouldve at least taken the road salt off! This location had 3 young men standing at the entrance of the wash. 1 had a brush for wheels, 1 had a brush for the grill and back window and I have no idea what the 3rd guy was doing. The funny thing is that the areas I had to go back over was the wheels, grill and back window/door. Do yourself a favor and get the basic wash. Dont waste the money unless you have to. Next time I will do it the old fashioned way with elbow grease!

First time in an automated car wash was today. I was terrified of it but it was simple, safe and quick! Good prices on the different packages. Free vaccums were nice and did the job quickly. Only thing that was time consumin was the wait due to line of other customers ahead of me. Will go back!

Allow me to first say that I recently got married and had chalk window paint on all of my windows. I knew this was going to be a task to clean so I thought let the professionals handle it. I pay $20 for the managers special, super excited because my car was looking pretty rough with pollen and general dirtiness for a white vehicle that hasnt been washed in 2 weeks. Well, the guy scrubbed over the chalk paint for about 5-10 seconds and only got about 85% of the chalk paint off. Im hoping as I go through the rest of the wash that itll be washed off, I was wrong. I pull around to the vacuums, and call into the office where I get an answering machine, so I call back. Guy #1 answers and I ask is this satisfaction guaranteed? In which he hung up the phone. I can clearly see him from where Im now parked hang up the phone. I call back and guy #2 answers (same guy who washed my windows) and I repeat my question. He then states that he cannot offer a refund or rewash despite my obvious displeasure in the appearance of my car. He claimed that chalk paint does not come completely off, and that its not their fault my windows are not clean. Im not impressed, and definitely will not return.
