Jacob Devotie did an outstanding job on showing explaining the make and model and all the works in the. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and meet or expectations to a Tee. He was not pushing The car on us. He gave us time to decide and make the decision without pushing it on us.

Went in to look at a car I had been watching online. Met with Blake. I was very clear on where I needed to be on price and also that I did not want them to pull my credit until we knew what the price would be. He sent the finance guy over who had me fill out some paperwork saying it was standard info to get started. I told him I did not want them hitting my credit for any reason unless we were going to go forward. He assured me he would not! They would never come back with an answer on the price of the car. He kept asking me what I wanted the payment to be and I kept reiterating that it wasn’t just about the payment but the overall cost. We finally left with nothing accomplished and somewhat confused. The next day I had 7 hard hits on my credit which lowered my credit score! He straight up lied to me about pulling my credit. I said it several times. Why would you run someone’s credit before they even say they want to buy the car?!! I messaged Blake about it with no response. Definitely would not trust buying a car from this delearship! Shady!
