Pleased with the service; especially that the service people did not reposition my seat. However, the drivers floor-mat has greasy shoe prints that I will have to work at to get cleaned. (reason for missing star).

We recently moved to Del Rio TN and dreaded trying to find a reputable dealer where we could trust the service department. I recently brought my truck in for a power steering pump and they got me right in and fixed it and a couple other issues. When I got the truck back it was making noise and I was worried about driving it an hour back home. I left it with them and had to rent a car to get home. The next day they told me I needed front bearings, calipers, pads, roters,and brake hoses. The estimate was around $2000...and being their $535 dollar estimate on my power steering pump cost me nearly $900 ..estimates dont mean much . I could not afford the repairs so took it home and took it apart myself. ( I was a mechanic when I was young) .. there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with the brakes. They actually had thousands of miles left on them. I had to replace a hub assembly for $250... Problem solved.... Just another crooked dealership.Too bad because we will be spending around $160,000 on new vehicles in a couple years .. it wont be at this Ford dealership

Normally in life you dont get to buy a new vehicle very often, in fact, almost never. So the last thing you want is to be cheated on your experience. That is why I bought from Danielle at Gateway Ford, over 300 miles away. Danielle had me at hello, such a great person to deal with. Job well done. Then there was Max the manager, another fine example of great Southern Hospitality. They gave me the respect to listen to my needs and wishes and remembered exactly what I asked for. Folks, I have to share! I had the BEST experience with Blake and Danielle on Tuesday when I went in to look at the new Ford Ranger 4x4. Blake and I discussed my needs/wants to pull a horse trailer but something that would be economical when NOT pulling one. He qualified me for financing and had to step out and handle another issue BUT asked Danielle to step in and show me the vehicles they had available. Danielle was very knowledgeable as well and most accommodating. When Blake was finished with his other issue, he came back and we did a test drive. Truck was a perfect fit for me and Blake worked with financing to get me as close to the amount I established as monthly payment - within $20! I just purchased a 2020 Ford Transit Connect from Gateway Ford for our local Humane Society. When I visited, I didnt actually intend to say yes that day, but the salesperson, Danielle was so informative about the van, it made me want to purchase it before someone else snapped it up! No high pressure sale tactics were used and that was a major plus for me. I do not like being pressured. Danielle knew every inch of the van and answered all my questions, which there were many! Long story short, there is no way that I will take a vehicle here for service. The Ford Certified Master Technicians were not able to correctly diagnose my vehicle because the “check engine” light was not on. The same problem remained, even after they dinged me for a new engine. After they had a week to work on it, I picked up the truck with the same problem. They are absolutely clueless about what is happening.It was a constant struggle to get any kind of answer, with one question being asked eleven times before it was answered. The owning family became involved, which did not produce the promise (nor promises!) of a solution.If there was a way to rate negative stars, I would give this place a negative 5.I will not return to this dealership. In fact, this experience was so bad that I might leave Ford altogether - I have driven Ford trucks since 1993. Yes, it was that bad.The good: Phillip (service writer, not the original service writer with whom I dealt) and Cassie (Customer Experience Manager).The bad: there is no middle ground here.The horrible: Service department.

Blake was the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He was very knowledgeable and worked with every request I had.

Went to check out a used diesel on 7/2. Talked on some numbers then after doing some research I found they were asking $4k over what nada retail was. So I called back to see about working up some new numbers. I was told okay Ill call you back, over a week later and Ive left 4 messages for jackson and still have not gotten a returned phone call. I was very interested in the truck but was not going to pay thousands more than what it is worth just because it has low miles. I guess Ill just hold out until I find another diesel somewhere else.

I went to numerous dealers in the Tri-Cities area and ultimately ended up at Gateway. While there my wife and I walked out to look over the F-150’s they had on the lot and loved the Blue Jeans King Ranch. Jackson West came over and introduced himself and was a great salesperson to work with throughout the process. Jackson gets 5 stars,Gateway gets 3 stars. When we were talking about the incentives they said we would be able to use the 3 months paid and 3 months deferred, but when it came time to sign, we were told we couldn’t use it. Also, when they installed the tailgate extender they put in two of the same sides, which tells me they didn’t take the time or effort to make sure it actually worked. Another shout out to Jackson who went above and beyond to get it right.

I recently went online and searched for a new Jeep and found one at this dealership. I contacted the dealership and they were quick to reply and very helpful in extending their hours of operation because I did not live close and have to travel into the location.Upon arrival the jeep was clean and parked ready and waiting for me to test drive. Had cash in hand to buy a used truck today. Manager never called back like He said he would. Truck is about 6k over retail and he says it’s just the way the market is. Was supposed to work me a deal and never did call back. I also asked him and the Internet person to give the previous owner my number to call me so I could ask about the truck and they said it was a privacy concern. Just seemed to me once I wanted to find out about the Red 2006 F-350 they didn’t want to deal with me. So I assume the truck has issues. After looking close at the pictures of this truck it had been very muddy under the hood and underside and washed but they missed some spots also someone had taken spray paint to the frame to make it look clean so i would say it was abused is why they wouldn’t put myself and previous owner in contact.. Glad I didn’t drive 3 hours for this.

I stopped by Gateway Ford last week to look at new F-150s. Dylan Fields was my sales professional and did an incredible job. So here is the spill. I currently have a 2012 model. 5.4 Trition engine f-150, and originally I did not want to trade at all because i did not know how i felt about the new aluminum body and i could not imagine a V6 engine in a truck. Well after talking to Dylan which by the way Gateway Ford is extremely lucky to have. He explained to be multiple reasons why the trucks are better than they ever have been. He knew every button and spec, every statistic on that on the f-150, it blew my mind. I mean if i asked a question he knew the answer. i even looked it up to see if he was full of it and he was spot on with the truth. I am sold on gateway ford and Dylan Fields is who i will deal with when I am ready to buy. He did not pressure me after i told him i was about a year out from buying. I’ve been called an “over-thinker” most of my life, but Caleb Duckett patiently responded to all of my concerns without the stereotypical “pressure” that is expected from a car salesman. I went to another car dealership before I came to Gateway, and the salesman there was the stereotypical car salesman who wouldn’t give me any information about vehicle prices until he had me cornered in his office. He pressured me the whole time and wouldn’t give me the information I asked for. Caleb at Gateway was the exact opposite. He was upfront about pricing, and he gave me the time I needed to do my own research and to think things through without playing games. I will 100% go back to Gateway when I’m ready to purchase my next car, and I’ll ask for Caleb.

I waited to write this review until I made sure my tag arrived. Im happy to report that it arrived on time with the assistance of Audra who was terrific. I purchased the car in Tennessee but I live in GA. The process was smooth and easy. The only reason I left off a star was because the manager in charge of overseeing the paperwork signing made me feel a bit rushed. I would have liked to have been able to ask a few more questions about what I was signing as we went, but all in all my experience at Gateway was very positive and so far Im loving the car!

My Frontier started having problems in ct before I left for Tennessee, the dealership in ct said I would probably make to TN but not back due to the transmission.In short, the Gateway technician diagnosed the problem and fix the issue 3 out of balanced tires that where causing the vibration.Gateway has became my Dealership of Choice.J.D. Oil change fuel filter rotate tires fluid levelsTook me in -and out 2 hours later-with detailed explanations of necessary work.While waiting I observed how they handled customers. Came into the waiting room and sat down with them to keep them updated. Even gave a lady a loaner car so she could make an appointment because it was gonna take a few hours to fix her car.Very impressed.
