A contractor messed up all my switches - wrong wires and they were ALL hot. As soon as we realized that we called and they came out 1 hour later and fixed it.Super friendly and knowledgeable!Good value tooThey even explained and showed me what was wrong

O’Henry Electric…Beware with this one!Upped the quote by $100 when the worker arrived (late)…so robbed right out of the gate. At this point, I just did not listen to my inner voice as I should. I will listen and heed next time!Worker showed up without tools to do the job. Borrowed mine.Had to show him how to do the wiring. Including the switch!Worker contemplated unnecessary cutting through existing conduit not related to the job.Could not bend conduit to lay flat against the wall.Left required screws out on exterior mounting bracket because he could not drill the hole in the brick. Just hope it stays attached!I could go on but you get the picture.Unprofessional.Seemed like a struggle for him that took too long.Two stars…but just because the lights do work!

Shadric Henry is a wonderful electrician. He showed up on time stayed in contact with me the whole time. Very fair price would highly recommend. He will always be my electrician for now on.

The people are great.! We had called several other electric places for help and OHenry electric was the only one who responded and new we had an emergency on our hands. I had seen sparks and heard buzzing at our outside main fuse box and being 4th of July I could not call anyone. But when I got ahold of these people they told me their open 24/7 and I could have called anytime. They came to our new home in about an hour after calling and took care of the problem. Also saving us money in process. We now have electric and gonna have them back in future to fix the rest of the house. Dont hesitate to call this electric business their fantastic. And very reasonable on their prices

I had seven outlets die after a storm. Kenny from OHenry Electric came out and checked things out. I had a bad GFI outlet. I originally replace three that were supposed to be GFI and were not, but I got the Load/Line backwards so I had no power to these outlets. Kenny figured it out and had things fixed in no time. Military discount too. Highly Recommend. Reasonable prices.

Recently moved to Greeneville and OHenry was the 1st electrician we called based on their reviews and Im glad we did. Response, on-time, reasonable, friendly, and was able to fix things that the inspector missed. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

O’Henry was an absolute life saver! Good ol’ Camp Creek wind got us and O’Henry arrived promptly and on a Friday evening at that. Our electrician was extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem within minutes. He knew the issue was on the power company’s end and had them at our home within the hour to fix it. It’s hard to find an honest business with fair pricing, but O’Henrys is just that. I cannot say enough to express how pleased I am with this business. They will have a life-long customer and plenty of referrals from here out. Thank you again guys!

I had the best experience with OHenry Electric today. I called to see if they could come out and find the problem with an outlet where my stove plugs into. He came out today, found the problem, and had it repaired in no time. he is very personable and tells you what he is doing and what he needs to do to fix the problem. I was extremely pleased with the service and the rates were great as well. i would highly recommend them to anyone that needs electrical issues corrected or installed. They were actually recommended to me by Hiller who does not service our area and i am highly pleased with the work that was done and in a timely manner as well!!

A tree fell on the power line onto our porch pulling the whole pole out of the electric box. He pulled the permit and coordinated with the power company and inspector in a very timely manner. Had us back up and running in no time!

Great guy. Came out the next day and knew exactly what had to be done to install a sconce and a switch for it in the kitchen. The cost was very reasonable for the amount of time and materials it took to complete the job.

Very satisfied with this company loyal an always on time. Shadric Ohenry came knew what the problem was an fixed it an didnt charge me an arm an a leg.

At first everything was going to be great they showed up to do the work ready and great bunch. As the day progressed our terms of the contract did not agree and they began to argue the fact of our agreement. So middle of the day they loaded up and left the job site upset and did not meet the expectations of the job. Would not recommend due to the fact of them not completing the job as terms agreed.

I called them in the middle of the night an they were very nice. They came out the next morning and solved the problem an the prices where very fair compare to other companies. I will definitely call if I ever need an electrician again.

Exceptional service and exceeded expectations. I was out of town and my daughter was able to call early morning and had an awesome technician at home within 2 hours and fixed issues for a reasonable price.They have earned our business in the future. Wondering how just over an hours work replacing a weather head on my power line going to my house, and a permit that I supposedly needed cost me 300.00? And the light and power guys had to tighten all the screws on the weather head to hole it in place.Well guess thats on me. Live and learn.
