The guy who came out to give us an estimate was nice and seemed knowledgeable. I was excited to get the work done but I havent heard back from this company. I understand that since my project was small that it was easy to pass it over for more profitable work but a simple phone call to say that would have been appreciated. But lets be real, they guy knew he didnt want the job before he even left my property and should have been a professional and told us that then. Very unhappy with this ghosting mentality.

They are a great company to work with. Excellent craftsmanship. We could not be more pleased with the remodeling and building completed at our home. Billy Smith was awesome and took care of our every need.

I love my house! It came in on budget thanks to Reliables help. It is a quality built house. I wake up every morning, walk out into the main part of my house and say, I love my house!

Call Reliable only if you have a large project that will bring in the money for them. This past spring I was referred to this company by Home Advisor to complete an electrical project. The electrician was prompt, courteous, and I was impressed by his work. Two weeks ago I called Reliable to have the electrician work on another project and I was told he would call to set up an appointment. He didnt call so I called again and was told he would be here at 8:00 AM today (1/10/19). After 9:00 when the electrician still had not arrived, I called Reliable and was told that the electrician was too busy working on a construction project and he wouldnt be available for another week. The receptionist then proceeded to tell me that maybe I should look for another electrician. Its too bad that a business has gotten so important to do much-needed small projects and they should not be listed on Home Advisor.

We are remodeling a 1982 ranch style home in stages. So far, the work is top rated as I continue to use them on every stage. Dave and his team are the best for sure. Thanks a million.

I used Reliable to do a remodel of my home and could not be more pleased with the work done. Both my estimator Billy and project manager Manuel were an absolute delight to work with.

How many contractors leave the jobsite (in my case my backyard) cleaner than when they arrived? How many contractors take fill dirt from the jobsite and give it to the nextdoor neighbor...even spreading it for him where he wanted it? How many contractors show up exactly when theyre supposed to, do what theyre supposed to, and get it done faster than a toupee in tornado? I only know one...Reliable. The beauty and workmanship of our new 150 wood privacy fence is outstanding, and we now have the prettiest fence in town! These guys are excellent craftsmen, hard workers, and went above and beyond our wildest expectations. And if you are reading this, and think Im exaggerating, or am a family member, Im not. I have decades of experiences with various general contractors, and have the scars to prove it. My last experience was so bad, it could be an episode of Dateline. So to have met these guys, Taylor, Kris, Bill, Dustin, and Josh, has been a good and perfect gift from above, and I am now a client for life. Thanks Reliable!!!

They did a great job replacing my roof, adding insulation and replacing my exhaust fan in my bathrooms. They are a great company to work with.

Hiring Reliable was a big mistake. The work has been slow, they have never worked more than a 6 hour day & 4-5 hours is the average. They were on the job 5 weeks before I moved in and accomplished far less than in the 2 and a half weeks theyve worked since Ive been here. They have little respect for others property & have broken things and regularly leave the place sloppy & dirty. They have also left the job completely for more than a week on 2 occasions to work on other projects. This should have been a 6 week job, MAX, and has dragged on for 3 months & still isnt complete. I very much regret hiring Reliable Building Services & would never do so again.

They did a great job finishing my basement. I have received a lot of compliments on it. Everything was done professionally, and communication was spot on.

These guys do excellent work. Im always getting in touch with them to help me out with house fixes.

Requires payment in full before completing work. Does shoddy work and will not fix when asked. Many, many issues with the work that was completed, basement leaks, walls not square, etc.. Uses subs for most everything and does not have a handle on the quality of work

Not professional builders, walls not square, not return phone calls or messages during build, uncompleted the job, not anyone I would recommend.
