Tiffany Wilkins is amazing!!! Be sure to ask for her. She is talented in all areas of the salon. I walked in needing a quick fix on on my brows and she worked me in and fixed the issue in no time. Walked into the salon running smooth during a busy time. Satin managed to get me in and out quickly. Her and her staff were super helpful and friendly. You can tell a lot of hard work has gone into restaffing and training this salon. Everyone helps everyone and is quick and efficient. I had Satin as my stylist and she was a lot of fun. i had done a self bleaching and color job and just did it in a rush, on a whim so i came to her to get it bleached right and put some awesome hot pink in. i love it. she was great company and did a great job!

Angel did a wonderful job with my hair. I picked challenging colors (3 of them) and she work diligently to achieve my desired look. Putting color on a natural red head is a challenge, but she succeeded. I love it and I’m going to go back and use her services again. She explained the process and what she was doing during the service.

Makayla did an amazing job with my daughters hair for homecoming. Her hair is so long, thick and curly and she was able to do an updo in about and hour and half.. she was very sweet and talkative, and did an amazing job. I had to pay and run off to something else, as we were in separate cars, but I wish I had tipped more than I did when I seen the final result when my daughter came home! Will definitely use her again..

Been years since i have been back to this salon. i actually had another stylist. She was out from work for a beach trip and decided to try them again cause i knew i could get in quick. All i can say is that staff is what that place needed and the manage is beautiful inside and out. They all was so kind and the Salon was the cleanest salon i have ever been in. Will definitely start returning there

🥰I AM ABSOLUTELY THRILLED with how my hair turned out, BEST experience with a salon, HANDS DOWN with Miss ANGEL...🥰BEYOND IMPRESSED at the TALENT and SKILL with which Miss ANGEL proved to posses as she systematically went about foiling my hair- with attention to detail- and SOMEHOW MANAGED TO DELIVER EXACTLY what I had in mind, but had stammered through when trying to explain... SO IMPRESSED.On a Saturday, at close to noon, I called to see if they would be able to fit me in, last minute, for a balayage coloring for my hair, not really expecting theyd be able to accommodate me, it being short notice for what I was needing done.. However, I was surprised when assured that they could, and made an appointment for 2 hours later.BUT...having never had any more done at this salon than an eyebrow/lip wax, I was extremely apprehensive and had reservations, but I hadnt been able to get my hair done for almost 2 years prior, and this was my opportunity.. so it was now or never... AND...🤩I WAS SO VERY HAPPY THAT I DID!🤩I was 7-8 minutes late getting checked in. So I sat down and waited no more than the same 7-8 minutes as I was late, before I was shown over to ANGELS station.I began showing her 8-10 hair pics I liked, but managed to narrow it down between my 2 faves... I then asked that she wave her wand and combine the two... Several frustrated IDKs, Ya know?s and attempts to somehow verbally convey to her understanding what the picture in my mind looked like later.. (with my best effort being, in between these two blondes, but this color base.. but this style, but without that flair...) And people... 🥳SHE FREAKIN NAILED IT...🥳This was almost a month ago, (sorry it took this long for me to review, I unfortunately couldnt remember my stylists name- I had misplaced ANGELS card,) and Im STILL very pleased with how my hair looks...NO MORE TIME+EFFORT=SAD DRAB (😢)NOW w/little TIME+EFFORT= I FEEL PRETTYTHANK YOU SO MUCH, ANGEL, SWEET ANGEL!

Angel Porter cut my daughters hair and did and AMAZING job!!! My daughter has extremely thick naturally curly hair and can be difficult. Angel was very patient, thorough, knowledgeable and professional.

I got my eyebrows waxed. Very bad experience. I will not be going here again. I cant wait for them to grow back. I hope they have not been ruined permanently.

I booked an appointment online. When I arrived I waited at least 15 mins before being acknowledged just to be told that they weren’t taking online appointments anymore and that she was going to take a walk-in before me and I could wait if I wanted.

Was recommended to come here by my Daughter. My stylist, Satin, blew it out of the water with my color. All i can say is she is talented when it comes to hair color. Thank you so much for making me feel beautiful again

Tried to get a haircut as a walk-in. They were busy at 1:20 pm when I got there. So, the woman who booked me (didn’t look at her name tag) sets an appointment for me at 2:00 pm and I leave to grocery shop until my appointed time. I return five minutes early and am asked to sit while she finishes up her current client. I wait until she’s done. This is almost exactly 2:00. She has me seated and waiting until 2:10 when someone comes in with her daughter and apologizes for being late. Then, the hairdresser tells them (right in front of me) that she understands and that someone double booked her. I was patient but after waiting until 2:15 pm and no apology from her, I simply could not stay quiet. I cancelled the booking for myself and my wife’s as well. But, not before blowing up her lie and explaining to her current (also late) client that she did her own double booking. Then she tried to lie about it like she didn’t book the appointment right in front of me. Unprofessional and uncalled for as I was a regular here and I was there early. Lost two customers today.

I have come to this salon for a long time. Years. I can say that over past several months there has been change. Its very clean and nice. The manager is so sweet to clients and her staff and they talk so highly of her. Adrianne did my hair last time but usually I see who is available. Satin has as well. I dont want to hurt anyones feelings but I can say its a much nicer environment to go into. They finally got a good staff that actually love their jobs and clients. I pray they keep doing good

Tee colors and works her magic on my daughters hair, my daughter is 15 and not once has she said anything negative, she loves the way Tee does her hair. It always looks so beautiful healthy and shiny. I ask Tee to had layers in mine and she done great. My hair is bouncy and has life to it now. Adrianne has also cut my hair and she done great job as well, I was there while my daughter was getting colored by Tee and Adrianne was doing a perm on a lady. It looked awesome afterwards she also took the time to show me some other perms she done in the past. I see one in my future soon. You won’t go wrong choosing either one of these ladies they do awesome work. We are well pleased.

Normally my husband doesn’t like many places to get his hair cut. Satin was the best by far for men’s fades and know exactly what to do just from a picture. Very satisfied and would recommend to anyone! Friendly conversations as well!

I love these ladies! They are so friendly and make you feel so comfortable. My hair is very hard to color and Satin did a wonderful job on my color. I’ve been going there for several months and it is so much better than it use to be. I also buy all my hair products there and I love them!

Long post!!! Went and got my color and cut done. I haven’t been to the salon in several months. It was just awful to visit and the staff was so rude and disrespectful. I walk by the salon at least 1-2 times a week. When I look in now it is always so clean and the stylist are always cleaning, working or at the entrance greeting people. I had noticed over time that I didn’t see the people that I use too. One day I stepped in and was approached by a young lady. She walked to me with a smile and was so kind asking me if she could help me with anything. I had told her I hadn’t been to the salon in several months cause of my bad experience before. She quickly let me know that the salon has had many changes. She told me she was the new manager and she had a whole new staff. I could tell just by the way she took care of me that she cared very deeply of my wants and needs. She asked me to come back and give it another try and I wouldnt be disappointed. We had a few kinds words and I had to leave. She told me bye and how much she enjoyed talking to me. I came back and got my color and cut done by her on Saturday. I can honestly say I have never seen a team that worked so well together. They all get along and laugh. They work well as a team to take care of each other and clients. My Stylist was so kind and respectful to me. Even asked me if I needed a drink or anything. She did a fantastic job on my hair. The best I had had it done in years. I will forever be a returning client to that salon just as long as that manager stays and those stylist. Satin Fillers is the lady that runs that salon now and I will say is the best thing to happen to it. I pray God keeps blessing those ladies and that salon.

I got my daughters first and second haircut done here for school this year and Satin did an amazing job with it being my daughters first time. Went in to get a hair cut with my son and they was so understanding and so sweet with my son. Lexi did an AMAZING job on hair, as always and gave my baby boy a lollipop, played with him, and was just all around amazing. I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely go back to see her.

I went to Smart styles in Walmart and asked to get my hair trimmed. Tianna took me in right then no appointment needed. She washed, conditioned and combed out my hair gently before she trimmed my hair. I would definitely recommend going there!!

I went and bought several products from the store.I made sure to ask about the return policy and was told by Abby it was 30 days. I didnt like the products and wanted to exchange it for a different product after purchasing it 8 days before. I wasnt asking for a refund. I was told that the policy had changed and even though their employee admitted they told me that it was 30 days they werent going to do anything thing about it. The manager Satin was even rude as she was telling me this. She said she would get back to me and leave my number but she never did. I had to call back 3 days later. They have lost my business and all the family of mine that goes there. If this is what customer service is supposed to be like then I recommend everyone to go elsewhere. Good luck to anyone that would go to the Greeneville Tn store.

One of few good smart styles. I would normally stay far away from these places but the manager here is exceptional. I lost faith in my barber(mens hair) and gave her a chance in a pinch. Ill keep going back.

My experience was awful...I went to get carmel highlights in my hair and ended up with big blobs of blonde throughout my hair instead of a steady blending of Carmel highlights...I wouldnt recommend using Lexi ever she completely ruined my hair and I had to have it dyed again to fix the damage

I had my hair colored by Victoria, and I cannot believe the amazing job she did! She was so nice and very helpful when asking about what I wanted. Would definitely recommend!!

My mom and I showed up and signed in for us both to get our hair cut. We were told it would be about a 30 minute wait so we sat in the inside chairs to do last minute looking for hair cuts to see if we wanted to change anything. While there we watched the hair dressers do way more talking and standing there than working on hair. An hour passes and we finally ask how long it will take since we were told 30 and had been there an hour and were told The girl that told you is new, when theyre done youll be next. There was no sense of urgency and no apology for the wasted time. She seemed annoyed that we asked.

Horrible! I had a bad experience last year and thought I would give them another chance. I will never go back. If there was a way to leave no stars I would.

I went in for a haircut and was in and out in half an hour. Hannah Holt was my stylist. She did a lovely job.

Not very friendly. Told me it would be an hour. Went back still not ready. After another hour. I gave up. Went somewhere else.

If I could go any lower I would..I’ve gotten two cuts here by two different “stylists” and both were equally as horrendous!!! I don’t usually leave reviews but thought maybe I could save someone else from the embarrassment of having their hair mutalated.
