My insurance claims agent recommend Air Pro, so I regrettably took his advice. I called to set up an appointment for an estimate, they told they were unsure about the schedule and would call me the following day. I never heard from them, so I called back. They scheduled the appointment with out consulting me too see if anyone would be home, and failed to notify me of the appointment. Fortunately I was available at that time. Jamie the tech. preforming the estimate, literally took one picture of my outside unit and said I would receive my estimate by email the next morning. At 3pm the next day I still had not received the estimate, I called and spoke to Kieth, he informed me they did not have enough information to do the estimate (did not even know it was a split system) I gave him the information he needed and he told me I would receive the estimate the following day. Two days later I received the estimate, even though my experience up to this point was frustrating the price was reasonable so I decided to proceed. I called to set up a appointment for the installation, Cameron said he would let Keith know and I should receive a call back shortly. Never heard back so two days later I tried again, Cameron gave the same response, two weeks later I still have not heard from anyone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. The level of incompetence is unreal.

I had a great experience with this company about 3 weeks ago when I had an emergency situation on a weekend. Once again, they impressed me! I have used Air Pro for almost 20 yrs. They are honest, dependable, and have great customer service. Their prices are very competitive and they have always provided me with excellent service. I recommend Air Pro every time, all the time.

Cody came out on time and was friendly and thorough. He checked out possible issues and discovered the pump was not plugged in. It was fixed quickly and I only had to pay for the service charge. I will definitely be using them again when I have a problem.
