Amazing staff, always very helpful and kind. The Maintenance staff is very efficient and kind, always greet me when they see me and quick response to any problems I had. Manager is really nice. Would recommend

This is a decent enough place to live. The parking lot and landscaping are well maintained, the snow removal is prompt and good. The prices are just a little high for nothing but your apartment. They dont offer any amenities except there is reasonably priced coin laundry.

Went to look at apartment and we had an appointment. They never showed up. The managers are not there on site all the time. They could have called me. How rude..now they say they attempted to call me but my number was out of service. But my phone hasnt been cut off or changed. Humm

I lived here with my parents when I was roughly 4 years old, way back in 1977. Faint, but relatively fond memories. Peters is still around, which was always very handy (especially for buying Topps trading cards). No cats allowed at the time, so quite a nice change! (Hiding the cat in a laundry basket to visit our vet probably wasnt fun). The online photos of the kitchen cabinetry and bathroom tile is exactly as I remember it. Perhaps an update is in order? :P

Seems as tho they changed the name to college square instead of college square apartments and my old review disappeared. Trying to wipe away all the negative reviews? Anyways i lived at this place for about 4-5years. First at 2bedroom and then at a 1bedroom. They raised their price every year. You will go through alot of office managers. Some nice more then others that you wished stayed there. They dont offer much there except the apartment itself and just in a decent area. 1.25 washer dryer last time i was using them. Pets are allowed. Outside parking lot lights they have trouble with sometimes. Just expect your rent to keep rising for all sized units.

This place is a joke we had an apartment showing and my husband had literally pounded on the door and noone answered. I had a situation to where we had to come back and we were told we were welcome back no one was there. Our appointment wasat 1:30. We were still waiting for them to answer the phone at 1:10. Totally unacceptable
