They did the spring tune up....$2092 new 20x10x8 tires .....$206... Ouch1 new 15x6 front....$87... Seriously3 new blades....$38Total for all and labor...$599Getting it home and engaging the blades to have metal noise and belt smoke .....pricelessHave them take it back to see what is wrong.. they tell me the deck is shot!!! Maybe tell me that before I put $600 into it. Do not recommend

Took my mower in for warranty work along with an oil change and flat repair. They were upfront and told me the carb wasnt covered under warranty so I told them to fix the tire and change the oil. They fix the carb and charged me for it. When I questioned them on who authorized the carb work the owner flat out lied. I didnt even get home with it and its leaking gas on my trailer. This place is a joke and I wouldnt let these guy fix me a sandwich let alone anymore of my equipment.

Great service and very knowledgeable. They were not pushy when detailing pros and cons of their various mowers. I would definitely recommend them.

Saturday spoke with a grouch. Not pleasant

My husband simply needed to show 2 forms of ID to verify eligibility to drive a Penske truck from CO to IN. We are flying out to help my Uncle move to Jasper. Sadly the customer service wasn’t even worth the 1 star review I’m leaving. If they aren’t capable of verifying 2 forms of ID, I wouldn’t trust them with selling me any of their products. They have been reported to Penske. It’s too small of a town to have that type of customer service.

I bought a Husqvarna mower from Lowes last year in October. I had an issue out of it from day one. I put it in the garage, and forgot about it till I needed it again. Lowes was not willing to help, because it was outside the 30 day window. I called Keeners and he said he would see what he could do. Without even knowing whether warranty would help me or not he got started immediately trying to fix it. He took the headache completely away from me, and was able to get it repaired under warranty. I highly recommend these guys due to their dedication to their customers, and I will use them for my next purchase of a mower.

Lacks integrity. Ruined wheel for lawnmower when tire was flat, bent rim,$210 cost to replace rim and tire. Had to replace at my cost. Was told that they will not work on a brand that they dont sell.
