Not worthy of one star but it would not let me give a review until I picked a star. Staff is rude unfriendly unprofessional and the drivers of their trucks are Reckless and a danger to the General public on the road

New staff sucks. I called Wednesday and asked what my pay off was. The guy told me they would run my card for the pay off. I called today to asked why it wasn’t done and was told no one set it up. Then she rushed to get off the phone. I call back because I absolutely love the store manager and she still wasn’t back. This other lady takes 20 years to pick up the phone then hangs up on me! WTH

Great people who will work with you!

Customer service isnt the best. Staff seems forgetful, they find every excuse to not turn around their poor work. Appliances get scratched or signed when they bring them to you and they dont fix that issue..

Nice clean very welcoming

Had to argue with them about what was owed, they finally fixed it. It was a headache when they call you every other day telling you that you still owe money and you dont.

Horrible staff!

I initially only gave them a 4 star rating. However, they have been good to me. If I need something they take care of it. Decent prices and many ways to pay. Overall, we have got a lot of our home furnishings from them and they have been great. The prices are good if you pay it off in the same as cash period typically 6 months. We recently got a new mattress from them and we love it and it was an awesome price for a king. We also got next day free delivery. I will continue to shop there. The customer service is great. I am now giving them the 5 stars they deserve. Thank you Greencastle Rent a Center.
