They did a CV joint replacement and tie-rod ends as well as a front end alignment on a Honda Ridgeline I had recently purchased, they drove me home a considerable distance and picked me up, the price they quoted me for exhaust system replacement was high but they are not a muffler shop and I took another direction. The only reason Im not rating them five stars is after the work they performed our truck still pulls to the right but nowhere near as bad as it was, this may not be their fault so I dont want to criticize. My experience there was very positive overall and I will definitely use their services in the future.

I called Neal tire once while standing in Walmarts tire department. Walmart had just told me it would be a two hrs wait and 135 dollars after tax. I called Neal tire and they told me twenty min wait and 85 dollars for comparable tires. I have gone to them ever since great service and speedy service.

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. They damaged my car, then lied to me and told me it was like that when it came in. They used an impact on my hubcaps and snapped the plastic so they ruined my hub caps. Then they cross threaded one of the lug nut bolts so bad that when I attempted to do maintenance on my own vehicle the bolt just snapped off. Absolutely awful service, not only do they take forever to get anything accomplished. They are to cowardly to admit their own mistakes. Ill never go again.
