Caution!!! Booked via Hotels.com VBRO for advertised price. Reservation was confirmed and then owner asked for an additional $2,000 on top of the listed price. No response to request to discuss. Just continued demands for $2,000 more. 1 hour on the phone with VBRO who said I need to contact owner and sort out with them - they don’t stand behind price and can’t help. Not able to cancel via site. Listing removed. Ended up disputing with cc company. Yikes!Clarifying… Hotels.com transferred me to VRBO where I completed the transaction and received a confirmation.

I LOVE Stay Green Bay!! Rhya is a dream come true: sweet, smart, knowledgeable and very outgoing! The properties are in excellent condition (we’ve been to several). I wish my own home had some of the sweet features we see in their homes (a bar, lots of tv’s, cleaner than my own home, etc)! This is an all-around excellent “bang for your buck”. I would recommend to family and friends alike, and often do.

I came up from Chicago for the weekend, and this was the perfect place to stay. Spacious living area inside with tons of outdoor space and ample parking were perfect for my group. The place was spotless with clean linens and comfortable beds on a quiet street in the shadow of Lambeau Field (proximity to restaurants and shopping as well). Rhya was super helpful in responding to my questions and always promptly returned calls and texts. I’ll definitely be back!

We celebrated our family Christmas at one of the Stay Green Bay houses and couldnt have been happier! The house was perfect, modern, very well equipped with everything we needed to take the stress out of the holiday so we could focus on making happy memories together! Stay Green Bay was easy to do business with and provided great communication ahead of time so we knew exactly what to expect. We will definitely rent again and I highly recommend Stay Green Bay to anyone looking for a home away from home in Green Bay!

Very disappointing experience. There were two long-term rentals posted on FB market. I messaged the rentals and Rhya responded that showings would be possible but I must submit an application first and she included the link to the application. I clicked on the link and it brought me to Stay Green Bay where I would need to pay an application fee after completing the online application. Note the online application does not ask for a SSN which would be needed to run a consumer credit report so I was unsure what the fee would be for. I eventually called her and explained that Im from out of state and would be an the area for a week. I wanted to make sure I could see the rentals while I was there before I complete the application and pay the fee. She assured me that it would be possible and the application fee was to weed out those who werent serious. I completed the application online and paid the fee. I messaged her to let her know that I completed the application. I didnt get a response via messenger. I called her the next day and left a message to give me an update. The day after that one of the rentals was no longer on FB market. Its been 5 days since I initially contacted her and still have not received any messages or call backs regarding the rentals after I paid the fee and gave out my personal information (minus SSN). My recommendation is to be cautious if you are looking to rent from Stay Green Bay.Response to owner:As I stated in my email, Im not sure where the misunderstanding happened. I spoke to Rhya and left a message for her during this whole situation. Its unfortunate that I didnt receive a call or an email until I left a negative review.I completed the application online as told in messenger and over the phone. On your website, you have two options to complete the application form. There is the rental application form that you can email back and an option that reads, Get Approved Faster... Apply Online Today!. As I stated several times, Im from out of state, therefore I chose to do the application online to get faster approval for the showings. I paid the fee that was required at the end of the online application. You stated you did not see my application so Im not sure where my personal information went and why my payment was accepted. In addition, even if you did not receive my application as you said, I would have hoped to receive a follow up phone call to the message I left where I stated that I completed an application. I would think that if a customer left a message that seemed to conflict with the information you have that you would call for clarification. I did not receive a follow up call until several days later and after my review on Google.Thank you for contacting me after I left my review. My hope is that you can implement a better process and have better communication with future customers.

Beautiful and clean facility, Rhya was very helpful and professional.

This was an amazing stay, couldn’t be happier! We had 13 girls total and the house never felt crowded. The house was sparkly clean and had everything! It was right by the stadium and in walking distance to some very delicious restaurants that we were very happy with. We came for a girls weekend but this place is perfect for packer season; lots of tvs and good fun entertainment. Super fast responses. None of us ever stayed in GB before and the hosts made it super easy for us. Definitely recommend.

I stayed at their beautiful party home before heading over to the Packers game! The house was newly remodeled and was perfect for all of our guests. Can’t wait to stay here for this upcoming Packer season!
