I am so thankful for the help I received from the Salvation Army. I have had numerous health issues over th past five years and I have been off and on assisted with food and the latest with fuel to go to an appointment in Madison. I got the answers I was looking for. I would not have been able to go without the assistance. I volunteer when I can and really enjoy the people at the thrift store. Unfortunate I haven’t been able to as of late. I’m years past I donated items etc when I was in a more stable situation. A person never knows when they will be hit by a curve ball and end up being the receiver instead of the giver. Great organization!

This is a smaller store. However it is very full of merchandise. So much changes from one day to the next so if you dont find what you want today try tomorrow. They do sell mattresses unlike Goodwill. The parking is free. I have been in here several times and never had to deal with rude staff. And they know right where everything is. This last time that I was in there I found a rollaway bed, the type that folds in half and is on Wheels so you can put it in a closet or whatever. I paid $25 for it. In practically new condition. I have also bought bath towels and other Linens in the past. I recently also purchased a twin size memory foam mattress for $20, again in excellent condition! This store is definitely worth stopping at if you are in the area. They have a lot of furniture. And very reasonably priced. I believe they to offer delivery at an additional charge, but ask at the store first.

Good people downstairs in food service rude people in office. Im not poor, Im not homeless I dont come there to use services but I support my friends that does Ive been spoken to rudely but a lady behind the glass multiple time and j come to the conclusion she feels like she can get away with it cause these people actually need their help and cant defensive them selves against said person without losing benefits of having a meal to eat

Went to find information on toys for tots, and there was no one to even talk to. Called the phone number given as well, and never got a response. My grandson missed out on having much of a holiday this year due to the incompetence of the people running this program.

U can take as much as u want but they really want u to be able to use it.super place if short of food money for family.

They are there when you need them the most. Very nice people.

They give out some really good food which is nice as long as you are on food stamps and they are friendly people and very helpful!

Just delivered two pallets of bacon...im glad I did it... they help out poor income people...they are friendly people...if our company has more stuff from Tyson I will definitely be in touch!

Great place that helps low income and fixed income people to get food . you can also go for breakfast and lunch THERE a big help for the homeless . as well as anyone and the people that work there are very nice and friendly.

This place is a JOKE!!! The supposive Secretary has a nasty attitude!!! They are very unprofessional and everytime I ask for help Im always told that I have to wait forever but I seen people go right in, without an appointment, and get help. This place really need to be investigated, SERIOUSLY!!!
