I cant say enough about the help I received from Bud Cook and the staff to make sure a stone was set in time for a Family Gathering to honor my Mother who had passed a year earlier. The attention to detail expressed her and our love for her. Thank you!!

I rarely give reviews and I consider myself an easy to please person in general, but I would not recommend this place for your memorials. They need help with professionalism and quality. The lady in the store gave us the impression that she had more important things to do than deal with us, and as a result of how rushed it felt, we tried to take up as little of her time as possible. If youre in the memorial business, itd be good to have a little compassion for people who are going through what is likely the hardest time in their lives. What we ordered was put in wrong, and at first they tried to blame us (even though we had given the correct instructions). And the way they blamed us was rude. It was a mistake on their part. They finally fixed it, which is good, but the way they went about it (trying to blame us first) gave us such a bad taste in my mouth. We need to purchase more memorials but will are willing to drive to Appleton to avoid this place again. The prices are cheap here but so is the service.
