Ryan was great with showing me houses and friendly as I moved from out of state. But I did get calls from my bank that he would not reply to important emails that needed to be replied in a timely matter due to closing. I feel that my business wasnt valued. This is my third property purchase and does not even compare to the excellent customer service I received then. Did not get a congratulations for closing text, email or phone call. Other friends I know who have purchased houses recently were what I was expecting. But not this time. Certain details with the property I feel were left out as I could not physically visit myself. I feel as though it was just hurry up and buy kind of thing. I hope Im the only one who experiences this.
