I have been dealing with Tammy at Onsite for a few years and our experience has been excellent. She delivers our cartages within a day. I would highly recommend for both product and service.

Absolutely Awful. Tammy got several orders from my company for printer parts while we were under contract. We tried several times to contact her for updates, but to no avail. Then after A YEAR (and after we refused to renew our contract with them) we were told that we were no longer under warranty. She then offered to sell us the parts that we were entitled to under our contract (had she of sent them out before our year was up). Would not recommend. An entire I.T department of a publically traded company and none of my guys have had a good experience with onsite.
