This is the first place in green bay Ive gotten my nails done but Im so pleased with them. Ill be returning. I recommend this nail salon.

I have been moving around with nail salons looking for the right one this one had great reviews and their pictures looked great !! However I will never be returning when I had called to make an appointment the lady on the phone was rude by saying “ right now” when I asked if they had time to do my nails when I got there they did not have the color I wanted in gel not a big deal I chose another but they did not have that one either so I went with this pink color I sat down and needed my old acrylics taken off the lady I was with processed to RIP off my nails and then I was bleeding then she started to file my nail mind you with a used file as I’m bleeding who knows what was on that file let alone my blood ended up in that file as well and she put it right back in the drawer for the next person completely unsanitary also as you can see in the picture my nails are crooked and uneven and not painted thoroughly I have acrylic build up under my nails are are pushing into my skin that she had ripped open with the file and to top it off my clear coat on the gel has bubbles and you can tell where she missed spots I am so unsatisfied with this place another thing I wanted to add is I asked for a simple design and it looked so bad that I had her take it off I was in there for 2 and a half hours and they still cost me 60$ and look terrible please take my advice and don’t waste your time here

This place is THE MOST PERFECT THING EVER. They have great service and a very nice bathroom. And they’re always so good to do anything for me. Rate this a 10/10. I recommend requesting Julie, Sandy, and Don. They get the job done so fast! And its perfect!

Always a nice experience. Theyre always very gentle and rarely get the side of my finger while theyre filling. Very clean, nails always look great and last a long time.

It’s an amazing place!! Each time that I need to get a pedicure and manicure I always go to this place! I’ve been going to this place for two years and looking for more years to come!! Everyone here is very kind and welcoming.The receptionist is also very thoughtful and always give me water when I walk in. Highly recommended and will be back soon!

I would never come back to this place. I came to get my nails filled. The lady working on my nails was rushing. They looked fine until she put the polish on. She put one coat on my left hand, and two coats on my right hand. My nails on my left hand are not the same color as my right hand due to only having one coat. You can see through the nails that she only put one coat on. There is speckles of something in the shellac and polish. After I left I noticed that my nails started changing colors. From the purple color I had, now to having a mix of pink within the purple. She also left clumps of the shellac under my nail in which could have been filed. She was also rude to a customer that did not understand her. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY COMING HERE!! Very poor service, and I would never recommend this place to anybody!

Terrible! Only one coat put on my toenails, they dried completely before leaving store; paid $43 for pedicure and left $17 tip. Chipped within 2 hours. Called and complained, they didnt seem to care. I came in to show them my nails, they didnt even look and I asked for the polish and stated I could do a better job myself. They didnt give it to me but instead charged me$8!!! Not satisfied at all, never will go back.

My coworker n i went there a couple times usually pretty good but we got the older gentlemen and i really dont think he does nail they are very uneven in lenghth and width the nails are not flat either they have like bumps as well he didnt take off parts of lifting nail just covered them so after sitting there over an hour within 3 days my nails we lifting and polish was chipping the girls there do a pretty good job so maybe if they are busy they need to tell ppl to come back and wait for nail techs so not so much to fix or redo after him.

I have had multiple experiences where I make an appointment. When I get there I have to wait anywhere from a half hour to an hour before I get any service. There is a reason I make an appointment, so I don’t have to wait. So frustrating!!

Haven’t had a bad experience with them yet. Reasonably priced. Very nice for the most part, their little girl is a sweet heart. You can most of the time walk in and get started within 15 minutes, though they obviously prefer appointments. Haven’t been there in a while but hopefully they will be back open when I need my nails done for my proposal nails and even if engagement and wedding nails!

Aways love the work they do on nails. Very reasonably priced. Just gotta remember to bring cash for a tip. They dont allow credit/debit card tips.

I usually go to a different nail salon, but I was surprised that it didnt have any barriers between the customers or the worker and client. So I tried LA Salon. They required masks to enter and they have plexiglass barriers for clients protection. I had a dip manicure and am quite happy with the experience and results. Looks great! Ill be back.

My boyfriend and I got pedicures done for a cruise; I had a middle aged man with glasses and my boyfriend had a middle aged woman. His service was great, however the man that did mine cut so far into my nail bed that it resulted in an infection. I would go back, but with a different person.

He made my nails round when I said straight, and I told him how long I wanted them and he made it shorter and made my nail on my thumb longer then the rest of my nails. And he put 2 different yellows on my nails. Y’all should not go to this shop it’s sucks that’s why they only had middle aged white woman there.

I generally love this place. the atmosphere is great and they’re super friendly. I have been going here for a long time, and have been very happy everytime i go. The manager handles everything very well and is extremely welcoming. the nail techs all really know what they’re doing and always listen very well to what you ask for and go above and beyond.

La Nails is always great to me! The acrylics last for soooooo long! They always give me the perfectshape and best opacity nail polish!

This is the only place I will go in Green Bay! They are amazing and the male owner is very accommodating! My fav nail tech is the younger guy with the highlights he does them so fast and perfect and his design skills are above par! I was reading some other reviews and the one with the acrylic but got gel, I was actually there that day and those young girls were so rude I wouldve over charged also for having to put up with their awful attitudes!

Called YESTERDAY for an Appt with my regular technician. She scheduled me for 1pm today. I waited 45 minutes to be told someone else waiting made her Appt on same day but before me. Why double book yourself and pass the other person to another technician. Only problem I have is the guys there are very bad always cut you or nails have bumps or too thick. Worst customer service. To have to wait then get passed off to a worse nail tech. Whats the point in scheduling an Appt if youre not going to hold it.

Very nice people. Sandy and Don do a great job, they give you what you ask for. The prices are reasonable and they take care of return customers very well. Dont forget to tip! This is a service and tipping 20% for a job well done is a part of the deal.

When Ive made an appointment I didnt have to wait. The staff is Very friendly and quick. I love the way they do my nails. I will be coming here every 2 weeks.

We brought our bridal party here to get our nails done for the wedding. The staff was very friendly, gave us all waters, got all 6 of us done within 45 minutes, and prices were great. 100% recommend!

Got my nails done 12/20, gel full set. Paid $38 which I was completely happy with! Except when she knicked my cuticles on 3 fingers on my left hand and 1 on my right hand. Fingers hurt and they bled off and on all day.

Worst Customer Service EVER!!!! They literally treated us so rude....I guess because my daughter needed her nails removed and people who want a full set are more important to them! Anyway not going back and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

I paid $53 for Full set long coffin, nail size and length is uneven, multiple cuts, bad job at filing them very uneven and rough edges, and bad painting job, doesn’t cover the full nail. I got holographic powder (extra $10) and you can still see the first base layer of white on the edges and sides of nails. Uneven layers of paint and acrylic.

Extremely friendly staff.. made for great conversation & laughs. Definitely going to be going here from now on. The owners daughter, Angelina, was a total sweetheart & made the experience even better. PLUS my nails look amaaaaazing!!! :-)

Loved my nails and my favorite nail tech is Sandy. Shes awesome and does a great job.

My daughter and I came for a pedicure. She was cut when getting trimmed. He denied cutting her. He took the polish off and asked the other customers to look to get their opinion. How extremely unprofessional! Then he came up to me to explain himself as if she wasn’t my adult daughter and could not be tallied to directly. No offer for any compensation.

I was a regular here but not anymore after this experience. I got my nails done by one of the males here. I asked to keep them longer and he kept cutting them down shorter and shorter. He was on his phone on and off the entire time WHILE doing them and my nails turned out crooked and short. I called a day after and asked if I could get them fixed free of charge and they said yes. I walk in today and they start arguing with me about them telling me it’s my fault that he cut them short and they turned out crooked. I paid $45 dollars of my hard earned money just to have something I didn’t want and then to have them argue with me about it and tell me they wanted MORE of my money when their employee ruined my nails.

Excellent hair cut

I went to LA nails yesterday to get a Shellac Color change and was completely over charged. Simply to soak off my old polish and get a French color change was $35. I am from Milwaukee and still considered this to be a bit expensive for my service. Only after I paid did I investigate how much a Shellac color change should be... it’s normally $20. This was my first expierence going to LA nails and my manicure has already chipped. I will never return!

LA Nails on West Mason st.: Pricey, they keep charging me more everytime I go there, ticks me off Im a good customer and I tip well, thought they had posted prices..., SANDY there is the best for manicures& fake nails, her communication skills are lacking, they need to let you wash hands part of the way through, when she runs lotion on hands, its all gritty from the sanding powder.

The staff is very friendly and efficient. My nails turned out perfectly!

Amazing service. Got a full set acrylic, they were very poilite. I brought a photo in and my nails look exactly how I wanted them.

Ignore the name of this google account, I have to use my boyfriends since I dont have my own Google account. I went to LA Nails and a male named Tony happened to be the individual to do my nails at this time. He was very racist towards African Americans and very sexist towards women. He also made sexual comments. He blamed me for his terrible paint job; he claimed I kept moving my hands back but thats untrue he just sucked at painting nails. He got paint on my skin, my nails arent even and they are to sharp. A lady took over to do the design on my nails and after she was done a young child of theirs pressed down hard on my nail and now there is a dent in that nail. This place is to over priced for the low quality work they do and the poor costumer service. Dont go here unless you want to be insulted personally; very racist and sexist.

When i arrived there were 3 people in the salon. They then argued with me about how i wanted my nails done which is frustrating. I also waited for over an hour just to get a set off when 8 people were helped and 3 of which finished before me. I didnt have time to spend all day waiting for them to continue what they were supposed to. Very disappointed.

They always do such a great job and appreciate their customers.
