I love getting my brows threaded and especially the cluster lash extensions! Lucy did an beautiful job. It’s an extremely clean salon, very affordable, and excellent quality service.

Ive always loved going here until Sunday, May 23rd 2021. Ive always gotten the $35 eye extensions, eyebrow threading and eyebrow tinting. Which is a very great deal! I understand that the eyelashes last 7-14 days. However, I went in at 1 PM on Sunday. By Monday morning, the whole set on my right eye were completely off. They came off like any other cheap eyelash strip. And my left eye was half off. I sent an inquiry on the website as well as calling Monday morning in regards to this. I left a voicemail because I work from 9:00-5:30 and live almost an hour away. But I received absolutely no response. Honestly, I wont be back and am going to look to take my business elsewhere. I am upset by the lack of response and the fact that my eyelashes lasted like 12 hours. If I only wanted them to last 12 hours, I would have gone to the store and bought the glue and lashes and done them myself. I will be going elsewhere and would rather pay $200+ to ensure quality. Mind you, Ive been a customer for the last 2 years. But apparently that doesnt matter.

Always do a great job. Sometimes the wait can be a little longer than one would hope, but that’s because they’re so good :)

Todays hydration therapy pedicure appointments with Taylor and Ariana were amazing! Taylor always designs my toes just perfectly like any picture I show here. I love the ambiance and enjoy our conversations so much also. It was quite chill and relaxing.

Excellent pedicure. Clean air, no toxic mail chemical fumes I have experienced in other places. Great service at a reasonable price.

Listen and patient with sensitive skin. I show a picture each time what I am looking for and discuss how close can get it. Dont get lied to with false expectations.

Fun place and nail tech listened to what I had in mind/ was very detailed and articulate in her technique and never shut down my ideas or tried to change it to her preference!Edit a couple days after appointment:Like I said, my nail tech was very nice but my nails didn’t match up with the picture...I know she tried her best but I’ll be honest it didn’t look too good(and the nails themselves had extra thick acrylic under them)...then a day later, two nails snapped off. I’m not too experienced with acrylics, but either they were too thin or the way the press on was applied wasn’t sufficient but I was cautious with them on and they were flimsy so they easily broke. Ngl Im disappointed bc I took care of them but they so easily came off!

I had called before my lunch to ask if they had any openings and if they could get me in right away since I only have an hour lunch which they said “yes just walk right in”. Well as I arrive I notice 5 people waiting in line. I waited for 35 minutes!!! While also not getting the service that I requested. I then asked if she would be able to get me in later she said Again “yes just walk right in”. I had to be the one to ask for an appointment time. IF YOURE GONNA HAVE RECEPTIONISTS THEN TEACH THEM HOW TO SCHEDULE BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY THEY HAVE NO SENSE OF TIME MANAGEMENT!

The best eyebrows you’ll get reccomend

I got the eyelash extensions which I thought actually looked really good and were super cheap. BUT as time went on they started to fall out and leave behind literal clumps of missing eyelashes ( my natural ones) . I had one hanging off about a week ago and I helped take it off because it was on its last strand. When I looked I saw 5 of my own natural lashes connected to the one clump of lashes that fell off. Very disappointed that my eyelashes will not be the same for a long long time due to the excessive amount of glue they put on your eyelashes.

I went and got my nails done on the ninth also got my eyebrows done Hannah done and eyelashes my eyelashes was gone within four days tops my nails start falling off two days later I went back in to re-get them done and they fell back off again two days after now I was very upset because my birthday was following on 10 January so I had a broken nail that I have to go to on my birthday spent almost $200 with them and now they are telling me that they can’t do anything about it right along with my Hannah coming off three days later my eyelashes fell off one at a time or two at a time each day I am still missing for nails and now they are telling me that no one is around to get them done and I can’t talk to a real manager to do anything about this situation today is the 16th and I got my nails done on the ninth and my eyelashes in my Hannah for nails are gone broke off very easily they did them on professionally my eyelashes were coming off day by dayEveryone in there that does nails and I had two people do my nails and they both get the same thing they came off their work is very unprofessional with the Hana the nails and eyelashes

I called to inquire about a fill on eye lashes. I informed the worker that I had previous lashes and needed an emergency fill. She booked me an appt. and informed immediately. I drove 40 miles into GB. After sitting down I was told that the eye lashes couldn’t be done as they only do cluster lashes and only one person is certified to do the lashes but I would have to drive another 30 minutes to another town to get these done.Thanks for nothing. A person shouldn’t be scheduling when they have little to no knowledge about the company they work for.

Friendly staff, very accommodating, and listens to your needs. Best to book online to get who you want to thread you or for other services. Walk-ins seem to be okay but come with a short wait. Melissa Y. was amazing and attentive...she saved my brows and eased my mind and made me feel comfortable with what she was doing. Had great communication with what she was doing and included you in her shaping and framing your face. Highly recommend Melissa.

I have been bringing my daughters here for years. New people running the desk lately that are extremely unprofessional and rude. Sign on the counter stating “must wear mask correctly” yet the person behind the counter has hers pulled down to under her chin. I made sure to take a picture for proof. Very dissatisfied with the new hires. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I have been getting eyelash extensions done since March of 2019 by Melissa. I have been completely thrilled with the way they look and have received many compliments on them. Many of my friends ask if they are real! I would highly recommend getting them done here.. Melissa is professional, patient and makes sure you are happy with the way they turn out every time.

Did a walk in. After only about 10 minutes, I asked how long. She said like 5 minutes. Then the girl that was doing another person went to the bathroom before she was done with her person. She was gone at least 5 minutes and I finally got up and left

I usually have really good service and no complaints. I got my brows threaded and tinted like usual and it was beyond obvious that the girl didn’t know what she was doing. It took twice as long and she took off way to much on the ends, the error was extremely noticeable. I’m not going in to be a test dumby. They should let you know beforehand because I would’ve never let her do it.

Ok guys I need everyone’s help. I have very tiny eyelashes and I did go one time and had someone put them in. I had to lay on a table for three hours and not move or talk at all ! It sounds easy. It’s not ! Anyways, she charged me 300.00 for something you couldn’t tell the difference and fell out after a week ! I’m going to try Melissa since everyone says she’s the best !

Very impressed with the lash services and professional tone of the spa. Friendly staff make it comfortable to ask questions and book appointments. I highly recommend Melissa, her work is hands-down exceptional and she makes you feel relaxed to get the true spa experience.

I think I was generous with the stars. I don’t think everyone here has formal training for manis and pedis. I felt like my girlfriend was doing my nails and didn’t have the right equipment and was tired. The lady was nice, but not seem to understand the art of making the experience relaxing and seemed to take a lot of short cuts. Perhaps this is a one off experience. I won’t return though.

They do a nice job with the pedicure. I like how they clean thier durable tools and immediately discard the others.

I got eyelash extensions at 1130 am. By 630 pm they were off coming off on one eye. I was told they’d last up to 2 weeks. Didn’t even last 1 day. They wouldn’t refund my money, just offered to put them back on or give me store credit. I will not return ever again. Waste of money and time.The lashes they used can be bought at target and placed myself. Very misleading when I scheduled a lash extension appointment and I could have done that myself for cheaper. So disappointing.

Terrible service. I went in to get a manicure And since they had a promotion going on it was a 2.5 hour wait. They said I couldn’t leave and come back and guarantee my spot since they wouldn’t take appointments due to the promotion. They wouldn’t let me schedule an appointment either since it was a first come, first serve basis. For some reason they only had one nail technician on staff for this promotion, but told them I would come back another day, no problem.The next day I came in, they had another promotion so again, would not let me schedule an appointment, even though she told me there was someone who had an appointment before me????They told me it would be an hour wait so I went to run a quick errand and came back. They told me it would only be a half hour wait once I got back. So after waiting almost an hour, I ask them how much longer. They tell me another half hour. Only one nail tech on again, saw a couple more when I came back again... they disappeared, no idea where toNeedless to say, I was not happy.Not only do they have no perception of time but they never even apologized for the wait. I don’t really care if they have a promotion or not, I wanted an appointment so I didn’t have to waste my time waiting. And then when they make me wait longer than they said I would, couldn’t even apologize or do anything for me.Promotion or not, plan for business and schedule staff accordingly... Manager was out on vacation, clearly during the wrong time as this place cannot run without leadershipDon’t waste your time coming here because trust me, they will waste a lot of it.

I love this place! Nails, eyebrow threading, facial threading, eyebrow tint, eyelash tint, I have had them all and have been very satisfied with them all. Great monthly specials too. I drive from the east side because their services are so good. I love Shavon and Melissa, they are both excellent. You wont be disappointed!

This is the best place in Green Bay to have a little something special for yourself. I have been going here for a while. It is clean, neat and they use sanitary tools. I go to Melissa and she is amazing!!! She is very thorough and I always leave feeling better.

My friend bought us both a pedicure and manicure last week.I felt so sorry she had spent so much money on what was as she said the worst pedicure and manicure shed ever had. I had the same experience.The facilities looks great. The girl who did my treatment was sweet and staffs services are awesome - but she had no idea what she was doing. The feet scrub was terrible. The manicure was done in less than 5 minutes, my nails are unevenly filed and the colour is uneven and streaky. Five stars for kindness, quality????.I notice previous reviews. Should have listen to one of the girl in the mall about your reviews. Oddly....mostly from the same months with only a single review to your place of business.?????? Strange

Today, Taylor at exquisite tinted my brows and applied lashes which really glammed me up for the holidays. She was amazing, her attention to detail was impeccable, and she made suggestions on length and placement of lashes that resulted in perfection. I highly suggest Exquisite and Taylor as she will meet and exceed your beauty expectations.

I was HORRIFIED at my daughters cut!!! Ive brought her there before n was extremely happy with it but my daughter left IN TEARS!!! She had layers put in when all she asked for was a 2inch trim, n then to make matters WORSE, there was AT LEAST a 2.5 inch DIFFERENCE between the layers n she CHUNKS of hair missing in the back....ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED to say the least.

What a great afternoon for myself and my daughter!!I called yesterday to set an appointment, however due to the holiday they said it was walk-in availability only. We took a chance and popped and and were lucky enough to get in with a short wait.This was my daughters first experience getting her nails done (she’s 3) and Erin was so good with her! She’s was treated to the Princes Mani and pedi and couldn’t have been more thrilled.My pedicure with Tambria was beyond relaxing and my nails looked amazing after. Again, we had a great time relaxing at the spa today!Thank you for making our day!

I’ve scheduled for eyelash extensions and was reassured it wasn’t the individual ones with the clusters, but I was fooled again, and they were clustered eyelashes. I’m not going to lie, I was pretty satisfied with my lashes, was a bit confused why she left a lot of gunk on my lashes, which she said will clear so it won’t be noticeable, but it was, it turned white-ish clear, and everyone noticed it. But anyways, I was pretty upset when I got out of the shower ( I didn’t let the water hit my lashes) my lashes were already falling off, I pulled a few off since it was droopy, and it came right off and the glue was sticky, like the lash glue we use when we put on our false lashes strips you get from the store. I was so mad! I’ve gotten my lashes done there once and they lasted a good two weeks! Never had a problem, and glue was dried and harden, never sticky. The girl who did my lashes obviously doesn’t know what she’s doing, using regular false lashes glue, and not the ones that allow you to wear the individual lashes for longer than a day! Paid 40$ for something I could of done with my false lash strips at home. Ugh! Sadly there’s not much I can do at this point. For sure never going back there to get my lashes done by lema ever again. Should of just stuck with Melissa!

I called twice to get two pedicure appointments together—and I called a month in advance. Nothing open on a Friday or Monday either day would of worked. The girl was rude and wasn’t helpful on making this work. HELLO I was calling a month in advance and you couldn’t help out and accommodate a paying client!! You just lost two clients!!!!!

I can only speak about their hair services. My wife was scheduled for a cut and color for her birthday. They called to reschedule, and their request was accommodated. After 2 hours, my wife had only received rudeness from her stylist and a color. Supposedly they did not have her down for a cut, despite confirming earlier today. She left with wet hair and no cut, only a color, ruined and wrong because the stylist left the color in too long and unchecked. While the stylist called to apologize, her story was full of lies, easy to tell when my wife’s mother has owned a salon for 25 years. Worst service we’ve experienced in years. I suggest going somewhere else, including taking the time to drive to a completely different city to avoid the shitfire service this place leaks on their clients. I’m leaving this because the service was a gift for her, ruined by pretentiousness and incompetence.

Normally when I go get my eyebrows done I leave with like half of my eyebrows and it makes me feel so sad. Brie listened and cleaned up my eyebrows without making me look like a cancer patient. Definitely will be coming back to her!

Ladies are friendly but extremely unprofessional. I was the only one in their at the time and saw employees juuling and vaping inside the store right in front of the front entrance. I was extremely uncomfortable by this behavior. I was a frequent customer but will never go here again.

I had a horrible experience. Lucy was her name and she smelt like Weed. My eyebrows were horrible she made them too thin after I had told her to only clean them up. Been here once and never again. Terrible service. Definitely going back to Eyebrow Envy.

I took my Wife to get her eyebrows done and my wife told me that the lady in the front desk was rude to their employees. This is what she told me that she heard “I was walking to my chair to get my eyebrows done and i heard “i’m not telling people about your discounts its all on you” with attitude. I’m not sure what the case was but honestly i would of loved the discounted eyebrows regardless of who it was. When i turned around to see who it was the little girl looked very disappointed and sad. You guys Need to be more respectful. Honestly i dont want my services done in a disrespectful environment.” We aren’t never coming back to this place. They have the worst person to have to greet their customers and with out telling them about a discount.

The poeple there are nice but my eyebrows we’re messed up by lema..plus when i tried to make an appointment with cassandra they said she doesn’t work there..i refuse to let anyone else but her do my services. So good luck but ill be taking my business elsewhere and telling my friends and family to not go there either.

Just left after waiting ror almost 25 minutes after beimg told it was a 15 minute wait (only one staff member threading) when someone walked in and got seen right away. ***Also be careful of who does your eyebrows; not all of the staff members are trained equally and some will ruin your brows.

The eyebrows threading is so fast and you get a beatiful result for only 12 dollars.

Came here for eyelash extensions and was severely disappointed. They use the same/similar eyelash clusters as ones that you buy at Ulta for $5. The lady made me keep my eye open, looking up, for 20+ mins and got frustrated, loudly sighing whenever I had to blink. These are not eyelash extensions, just clusters of false lashes glued to the INSIDE of your eyelid, under your natural lashes, on the inside water line, not safe AT ALL. I had no idea what I was getting into, but after, the lashes were so heavy, itchy and uncomfortable. There were globs of glue that I could feel every time I closed my eyes. If you are looking for a natural look, dont go here. I was also told not to get them wet which is almost impossible unless you wear goggles in the shower. When the lashes started to fall off a week later, my natural lashes came along with them too, no matter how gentle I was and no matter how much coconut oil/makeup remover I put on. Long story short, I was very uncomfortable with the application, uncomfortable wearing them, uncomfortable removing them, and uncomfortable only have 50% of my natural lashes left after the entire experience.

Shavon is the best! Been coming here for years and wouldnt trust my brows to anyone else!

Sonja has done my eyelash extensions twice now, both times my eyelashes have looked so incredibly sloppy to the point where my husband asked me to take them off. She rushed through my services and wasn’t friendly at all. She doesn’t seem to care about the quality of her work.Very disappointed.
